I can confidently say this game is like BADik.
As for the question it actually depends on the route. Sage won't be happy about the restaurant but won't care about any girls fucked before ep 9 if not using the restaurant. The throuple were aware of you dating before ep 9, but you lose RP with them in ep 9 if you slept around (not a devastating amount for the relationship though). The biggest issue will be the restaurant use again, if they found out you knew what was behind the "free tuition" and didn't tell them then that's likely to blow up in your face. Jill and Bella knew you were dating others before ep 9 so no affect on them.
It's going to be funny to see the reaction of casual players when a decision made back in ep 2 kills relationships in ep 13.
Any fucking around after ep 8 will have consequences for every route though I think.
