It's not $40 bucks a preview, it is a preview for people who are $40 Patrons. It isn't the only benefit they get, but also, the benefits are not why you join a Patreon - you join to support the developer. The previews are a perk, not the point.

Nope that right is pure unadulterated greed my friend. Its simple let me guess all the others were in lower tier. Why is this one in the 40 tier all of the sudden. Who cares about the other perks. And of course you want something in return for your money. Do you go to a car dealership and tell them you want to support them making cars but not getting one. Hell no. And these patron people don't give two shits about their fans in other countries. Do you have any idea how much $40 is in some countries. Heck and you cannot even have an idea what you get for your cash.
