Hey maggot brothers, it's Friday!
Here's a short status update for this week.
First off, the winner of the cosmetic poll, that ended today, was option 3.
It won in each poll so I won't tally the exact results. It will be featured in Episode 2.
And with that poll, all polls for Episode 2: Maggot brothers are done! Thank you for participating.
This week I've worked hard on static renders and polishing the script.
In terms of static renders, 18 full scenes remain.
For animations, the completion is at 70%.
I have free-roams left to code as well.
The to-do list is shrinking day by day.
Since I decided to add about 30 more animations than I originally planned for, I can't say a release day yet.
This weekend is perfect for me. I have zero IRL obligations and can spend a lot of time in front of the monitor. I intend to work on the biggest scenes of the update, a lot of effort is needed for these scenes due to a high character count.
Next week for my patreon page, I'll post some more preview renders.

I must say, I'm a bit surprised it's taking PinkCake longer to release updates on this game, especially when the last game saw an update every month. But with that said, I'm fine with it since it means we'll have a solid game, especially when the last game was always well done with amazing characters and great story (which is odd to say about an adult game).
Badik has much more quality than AL and the game also has all those mini-games and extra stuff that AL didn't. So, ofc it'll take longer to make an update. To keep that same time, Pink would have to have a team working with him, which is not the case at the moment

Take your time buddy, id rather wait 1 more month for a quality episode than a buggy and rushed one. Do you have any clue how many episodes will be for this series ?

I figured, just was so used to the regular AL update that it sometimes feels weird to see this game not going through the normal update schedule.

He said second episode is already bigger than episode 1 last month and it was only close to 50% somewhere in the middle of last month so I guess we can expect an update later this month. He also said it's very ambitious and a lot bigger than AL.

yeah, the dude's always been awesome, and never came off as a douche, to where he doesn't seem to mind the game ending up here as well, so i'm grateful to him for the work he does for us.
Curious as to who Chad is banging on the side, the obvious choice would be one of the slutty chicks but what if it was somehow Josy? That would be crazy, cant see it being that complicated, now if it was a man I would die. The secret isn't a prostitution ring or anything but a huge gay orgy with all the jocks....

I've been thinking the same thing. I'm actually convinced already that Chad has something going on with Josy. Would have great shock value and we all know MrPinkCake likes plot twists and shocking players with something unexpected.
But it isn't really gonna be unexpected if you think more about it: One girl tells you she is in a relationship with another guy, the next girl tells you his boyfriend is cheating on her with another girl. You can put one and one together here.
And all the girls we have met so far wouldn't want Chad, except the 2 or 3 slutty chicks, but that would be too obvious and boring.
I am all for Mc fucking Sage in front of Chad once they find out who it is, that and I wouldn't be surprised if that is the final straw and makes DiK the top group. As for Josy I cant really like her since she has that chill personality but if you are fucking a douche like Chad chances are she isnt such a princess (hot though), of course that is assuming its Chad. The only other person I can see it being is the roommate.
That and leading people on is fucked, pulled that friendzone(trap) card out likes its Yugioh

Can someone tell me how do i reset the game so i can see the intro again? its so funny, but everytime i delete it and unarchive it again, its not being reset unlike on phone... I dont even know where are the save files located, been searching in Documents for ages and its not there. Sorry if I sound dumb, but I must be since i have no clue how to do it
