I never claimed it was important, pal. I'm just stating that it has greatly disappointed those who adore this game, myself included. Especially with the unnecessary anti-mod that dpc insists on adding to his game. Let's not forget his obsession with achieving 60fps for the game. His ego is larger than Nora's well-endowed chest, and she's got quite the impressive assets.

As I've just wrote above, F95 users don't represent what BaDIK players think of the game AT ALL. People who post here on F95 are a quite peculiar, vocal and niche minority.

As I've already pointed out, if you followed this thread you'd think that most players hate Jill and Maya. The truth is that Jill and Maya (with Sage) are the most popular female characters.

Anyway, if you want to know which games are the most popular here on F95, you just have to look at the views numbers.

This game doesn't deserve 1 or 2 stars at all but the ratio of playtime to sex scenes is getting worse and worse. I don't really care about any of the drama girls are going through. I miss the early episodes.

In comparison to the start of the other top 5 (or whatever you want to call its competition) the start is fair to rate 1 or 2 star. Illogical sandbox that make no sense and have no navigation, fake choices (almost none of chapter 1 choices matter), and renders that are getting beaten by God damn HS2 games!

Oh yeah and he unquestionably spends proples money to try to own da modders....

If you could skip to the current stuff maybe it would be better but the start feels like it came out a looooong ass time ago in terms of AVN

I'm not sure if anyone has already pointed this out, but BaDik fell to 5th place after the release of episode 10. Now, we just need DPC's braindead patreons to snap out of their delusion and stop blindly supporting him. The good doctor needs a reality check that he's not a god.

It absolutely hasn't deserved 3rd place all 3 of those games do at least 1 thing extremely well. The ONLY reason is that high is that badik is old as dirt so the 5 star reviews when it's competition was stuff like milfy shitty really push it up. Unfortunately things will not change, he will continue to get in his safe space while everyone else there kisses the ground he walks on and eats the shit out of his ass so he doesn't have to strain.

Wanna bet that in January (the month after the game gets an update) you will find out that DrPinkCake is going to have at least a thousand Patrons more than in November?

I am having a loop problem right after the scene where the girls are drinking in party. Basically after Maya says ''lets do shots'' the game returns to the scene where Jill greets Isabella in the party, and then they start to talk again....

Before Being A Dik, AVNs were a niche like far more that today. DPC put the genre into the spotlight with his game like none did and encouraged devs to try their chances on Patreon. Whether you like it or not, Being A Dik is BY FAR, the most popular AVN and the standard that most devs want to follow. No game in the screenshot matches that.

I have only finished my "others" path as is my main one but I gotta say that although BADIK remains at the top3 of the genre to me the game is feeling more and more like a cookie-cutter formula and disappointing in several aspects.

The sex scenes are as bland as ever, high quality, sure, but it lacks something different... after what it feels like 100s of them since the game started they don't excite me as much anymore, I guess visual appeals can only get you so far.
The carrot on a stick approach of the main plot seems to piss me off more and more as time goes by, the plot it self advances but only to bring you more questions and now here we are, waiting another year only for that to repeat itself.
THE FUCKING ENDLESS POINTLESS MINI GAMES. Do you want me to play multiples paths or not DRPINK? Because this certainly doesn't make me wanna play again having to do all that shit again + free roams.

IDK, I'm still digesting the update but this is how the game is making me feel every time a finish an update since EP8 onwards.
I used end those excited and craving for more up to EP7, not anymore.

That is why we use mods. As he continues to make his game unplayable with his minigames for us, VN readers, to try multiple paths, we use mods to bypass them. I am happy we have these 2 guys, Scrappy and Sancho, to make this less tiring for the people who are only interested in the story. I don't mind minigames when it isn't too complex. that I have to stress out trying to understand them or reading a book tutorial to understand how they work. Now the new brawler reminds me of the good old times of mortal kombat combos, where you had to be fast to press your combo during a certain amount of time for it to work. Even on normal mode you can't just chill as pressing the commands. He even removed the easy mode. So now you are forced to do them successfuly if you want to have a good progression even when that isn't the reason why you play VNs in the first place.

Dunno what you've done in your save but if you pick everything with Josy after that split she will show pics in EP10 on her phone and will tell him that she still have feelings for him. You will have a choice on others path "you have feelings for her"/ "and you're over her". No such a choice on any other of LI paths

Dude, it's evident that you completely disregarded my entire reply just to focus on F95 users' ratings not mattering. However, my main point was about DPC's questionable practices and how many people disliked the anti-mod in episode 10, which caused the game to crash on purpose. Now, let's address your statement about F95 users' opinions not representing players' thoughts on the game. I strongly disagree with that. F95 played a crucial role in bringing Pinkcake's game to the mainstream, as it is one of the largest, if not the largest, porn game sites. Moreover, the game received significant hype from various YouTubers who play porn games and porn game developers. Claiming that F95 doesn't represent BaDik is a narrow-minded perspective. I am completely certain that if this game hadn't been shared on F95 and other porn platforms, it would have remained a hidden gem. Additionally, a majority of the game's supporters on Patreon, who actively fund its development, are F95 users.

99.9% of people on f95 aren't paying for the game at all, through patreon, GOG or steam. At the end of the day we aren't the target demographic for the game or its audience. Criticism here might be valid (...some) from an objective standpoint, but all that actually matters to a games development is what the paying audience thinks, be they blindly feeding the creators ego or genuinely enjoying their direction for the game.
Besides, we can bitch all we fucking want but at the end of the day here we are FOUR YEARS later still playing it, haha.

EDIT: for the record, I'll happily admit there's a bunch of shit in it that's fucking stupid, but I still love the game and will be right back here for ep11.
