Josy, as Dr.Slime correctly noted, is the story of Maya. It would be a stretch to call it a “storyline,” which is the story of a girl who has been in love with MC throughout the game, but it’s not on the level of PinkCake. Here he miscalculated and didn’t write the personal arc from the start.

I said we don't know everything about her but we do know she comes from a broken home yes like Sage and Maya, but her past before Maya is unknown clearly something happen to her or she wouldn't be so insecure at times. If you think about it, DPC put almost all the characters in a bad light in episode 10. With the exception of Derek who received special attention, the rest of the characters left a bitter taste in the player's mouth in some way.

yeah some emotional lesbian players's mouth . I played, Josy x Maya, others and Sage, and I didn't found any bad taste, or saw any of them in bad light. and I dont know what Bella did, but her Anal scene what I watched on pornhub definitely makes up for it whatever it was.

In dramatic theory, a character arc is not just adding information, revealing her personality (what he/she always was). A character arc means the character has a problem but, due to some flaw (hamartia), can't solve the problem. Thus, the arc is the overcoming of this flaw (which doesn't need to be something evil or immoral but only something that hinders he/she from solving his or her problem).

So Josy has the best character arc. She has a flaw: the incapacity of saying "no" to people. And what's her problem? Maya! So, her character arc would be overcoming her flaw and getting rid of Maya; a problem I'm happily willing to help her overcome.

No wonder "Maya", in Indian philosophy, means "illusion" and "overcoming the veil of maya" is one of the main tenets of Indian philosophy. Josy's arc is the overcoming of the veil of Maya.

Maya is Josy's story and not the opposite. Maya's troubles are just hers and something that stalls the main plot. And I don't see any "Maya's character arc". She's just the same except she likes cock more than she used to like in the beginning. She isn't solving her own problems. If Mr. DPC didn't create an entire entourage to help her, she would be helpless because she can't overcome her flaw: facing her father.

I also think that Josy needs help getting rid of Maya. So I have a Throuple route where I steal Maya for a solo. This way Josy will get rid of this problem and get her own line.
