I've thought of several tragedy scenarios involving those triangles, where we, AL's style, could only save one of the LIs.
Josy/Maya: They could end up being involved in the shady businesses surrounding the HOTs/DIKs and be victims of some incident as collateral damage.
Jill/Bella: There is still too little information regarding the mysterious absence/disappearance of Bella's husband, but I think if something dark would happen in this triangle, could be related to that.

yeah, it's a huge fucking step to do this full time. If he works in IT (coding etc...) i guess he makes good money... and to leave all that and work on a game, hm... i guess success of AL on Steam and Patreon money gives him hope for the future

I'd totally forgot all about Steve I'm pretty sure we won't see him again, Zoey? I think it would be better if she is kept to just some flashbacks as we have already seen but I'd doubt there would be much interest in going backwards with an ex.
