You are not very wrong. In the first place Tommy is too cowardly for that, and is modern, lewd and perverted ... No, I don't think he's a murderer. Steve is useless, I would rule him out. Tybalt instead ... can get to do something ... I would worry more about Tybalt's fool than other character. I don't know if Bella will actually be a mentally disturbed because of her husband's abandonment, but that doesn't make her a bad person.

There are certainly many similarities between Acting Lessons/Being a DIK.

When asked about it on discord DPC stated he wouldn`t repeat the same story,we are to expect some drama(which already is present) but nothing as heavy as Acting Lessons.
Frankly anything too dark would feel completly out of place in this game.

That's why at the beginning of the game you are asked if you are in a dark period of your life.
Seeing how many episodes Acting Lessons had and how this story is unfolding, I would expect a similar drama. If not, it would not make sense, since it would not lead to a personality questionnaire just before playing.

I'm not sure I'd say it could be down to the drugs dark period of life and maybe resorting to that and maybe some sort of real-life dramas specifically stuff that Bella could be going through Maya with her issues and Jill with her bullying could be all those reasons for it. We won't go down the same route at killing anyone off at least I hope not.

Some pages back there was guy with depression in here sharing his impressions,he was bothered by everything in the current build of the game.Every now and than people pop up being offended,intimidated,scared...etc by a certain character,I think the "warning" is for such cases.

I really hope DPC knows what he's doing by saying on 2500 patrons he's gonna quit his other job and take games development as his main job, i mean i do want him to always work on this game and other games when he finishes this one but i don't want him to put himself in a position where the money he's gaining isn't enough for his uses and daily purchases, i know that he probably counted all the things he's gonna be spending his money on cuz no one would take such a big decision without thinking about everything so maybe he still counted the money he's gonna get even if all new patrons were all 1 dollar pledgers.

Yeah, they were hard scenes. The inevitable deaths, the best friend with cancer and dying... I had never felt this way with a story. The only end that was worth it and I saw real happiness was Melissa's. If you have seen it, you will know what I am talking about. The others were fine, but they didn't reach my heart so much.

That's why I said the similarities in previous messages. Everything indicates that we will live a new tragic episode.

Yeah, it was but just the whole storyline of him having cancer was pretty rough and the women he was getting treatment with having that joke with her when she messes with us and an update or two later we get word that she died.

For me, that stuff is harder to take because you know someone that has been affected by it dark endings are fine I can handle that just when it's Illnesses and such it's hard to take in.

I've played this game since version 0.2 and I must say that I absolutely fucking love it! Story is well written, of course in porn games standard, models are great and animation just magnificient. So hot! I enjoy every minute spending in this game and I can't imagine how can You make this game so funny. I don't laugh so much in real life and I immediately start to laugh with so many jokes around here. Derek and his "Here goes daddy" killed me. Also I am very intrigued with "shocking revelation" (actually it kinda suprised me) about Maya/Josy relationship. I wonder if romance between Sid (my MC) and these girls is going to be continued or is it just a way to focus on other characters. Congratulations on such a good game!

Considering the cancer and depression that the characters on AL have gone through, it is safe to say that DPC's stories can hit really close to home with those realistic scenarios.

DPC already stated that BADIK won't turn into a thriller, so I doubt there will be character's deaths. At least not from the main ones. But I can see drugs issues and depression again. Particularly, I have gotten into a depression period and I got those vibes from Bella. Drugs and depression are realistic issues that can also hit players who have experienced them, hence the warning at the beggining.

Yeah, it's very realistic, especially as you say, if you have lived a similar experience.

for the sake of making the story realistic the games is in need of death maybe not for the main ones as you state but rather the secondary ones....i mean we dealing with drugs and prostitution....so we can easily expect something could go wrong with this ...it could even result of the redemption of some characters as well

DPC's patreon showed a very strong uptick gaining approx 400 patrons in just 10 days making this "conspiracy theory" somewhat plausible. Theoretically, one can make as many Patreon a/c as one has emails.

Or it could just be eager fans wanting to support him even more. What happens a couple of months after he reaches 2,500 (and reach it, he surely will) should give an accurate picture. My guess is that the numbers will stabilize.

It all started after he released AL on Steam I believe so I think that's the primary reason for the sudden gain in Patrons.

i don't know, i have plenty of save game being a dik punch troy and ignore chad, and being a chick choose to defend chad and be a good guy.

I tried to be nice to Troy, but the dick stole my guitar (after listening to it, even) and threw me out of my own room. He got his ass beat, that don't fly with me. I did feel a little bad for him afterwards, because looking at his face(post-beating) it looks like he's just barely holding his shit together and he's lashing out at people because of his anger/depression. I also asked the dean to not be too harsh with Chad. Yeah, we've got our differences, but considering I've put him and all his friends on their asses (until they ganged-up or blindsided MC) I kinda felt like he already got his due comeuppance.

The only reason the fire really bothered me was because you could only choose to save Melissa if you were banging her. I'd have chosen her either way, because she was the one who most felt like she needed the protecting/saving. In an emergency, that's what I try to do: help the weakest first.

For me, that stuff is harder to take because you know someone that has been affected by it dark endings are fine I can handle that just when it's Illnesses and such it's hard to take in.

I think that's part of what I really enjoyed about it. I'm currently on round 2 with cancer (and yes, it sucks), so seeing how Liam was coping seemed easy to relate to. DPC put together a decent story. I still think MC should have punched him square in the face for hiding his illness, but I get that it's a very traumatic bit of news, so we all react differently. I had to have my doctor tell my roommate, because my brain was shorting out and I got a bad case of the giggles, couldn't even bring it up for the first few days. Without the support of some close friends I would have completely lost my mind.
