No, I think so that a failed performance will not lead to harassment, blackmail and the like. But rather it shows us what the MC failed to do with Jill. What? He couldn't reach her emotionally, which then actually calls into question their feelings for each other. That's how I see it. I personally never saw Jill as a potential LI for my MC, but I want Jill to be a good friend for my MC. That's why my MC always successfully helps Jill with the recital, because that's what good friends do for each other.

It's hard work. I really loathe Tybalt! But those run is good to see things you can't see on other playthroughs. In my opinion you need two extreme playthroughs: the celebate SuperCHICK run like I mentioned and the MassiveDIK asshole run where you choose every major DIK choice, tries to get all the girls (and got rejected), tells Derek about the fuck with Jade, get the blowjob from Cathy, don't help Jill, give a shit about the mansion, and so on.
Sure, you'll always need all the other runs but in these two extreme playthroughs you can face many hidden things if you don't just skip through it. It's hard work though.

Resisting messing with Tybalt is the hardest choice in that run, I'm sure
some of the CHICK choices are really hard to swallow and move on from.
the only "extreme" playthrough I did was a Massive DIK MC that chooses one single girl and stays as faithful as possible rejecting every other girls, and still making all the dik choices, except for sex. in this case, it was Sage since she is the only main compatible with DIK affinity, but it could any on the "others" path.
