if at the time of your choice Jill did not appear among the opportunities it means that you did something wrong....

since you say you are interested in her, I doubt that you chose in the seventh chapter to go to Sage's instead of to the picnic she organized for MC (if you did the reason is this)

so it could be that you had the DIK affinity in chapter seven or after, this makes Jill doubt you and at that point she doesn't invite you to the dinner with her friends and basically cuts you off

You messed up Jill's path. Possibly by choosing the DIK option on too many major choices.

As a rule the main girls will be a bit attached to you even if you mess up their path and can't go for a committed relationship.

There's a difference between having respectful discussions on here and showing disrespect towards me but respect towards DPC only because you're afraid to get banned from his Patreon subscriber list. And none of the things I said are inherently false either. DrPinkCake, like I said before, is objectively failing at life and is clearly a loser about twice your age writing a slideshow about good old times in college with the time that he spends on developing a single episode being around a year on average. And yes, he's a Swedish loser at that. Don't you forget it. What's unbelievable about this is that you're also trying to deny the fact that DPC is a very ignorant uneducated person. Did he pay you 10% back of what you originally donated to him on Patreon only for you to log on here and argue? He's maybe the most ignorant game developer I've ever seen, do not suggest giving him "proper advice" if you don't even know how much of an egotistical narcissist he can be to begin with.

If you pick one girl, you may lose the others. I saved a spot for each girl when it came to that point in the game. Sure! You have to play the same sequence a lot of times, but that way I cam get them all!

Maya and Jojo got a normal scene where they reject the mc if dik, but Jill not.
ps: i know, if mc as dik, go to the restaurant, Jill reject him, but as i know, you can only go there, if you was with her sushi. but if you dont get invitation to sushi, you cant go to restaurant so you wont get any rejection. so this is kind of optional

I mean, this guy was saying that me being here and talking shit about DPC in a mean way is a very bad thing yet if only I wasn't "mean" with what I said and I wrote my comments in a genuinely kinder way, then it'd be perfectly okay. He even suggested to actually give DPC "proper advice" as if I'm the consigliere of DrPinkCake or something. That's not really my job, is it? You do see how I might come to the conclusion that the only thing this so-called "argument" is about are his feelings being hurt by what I wrote? And by the way, I never said that I didn't like the game, I only said I didn't like the developer and certain aspects of the game. You're kind of shoving words in my mouth right now. Believe me, I do enjoy the game. Not enough to pay for it, but I do enjoy it as long as I don't take it too seriously. As with any game, it has its own set of flaws and I think pointing those out is perfectly fine, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. I'm curious as to why you'd want to be on a discussion thread like this if people criticizing the developer or the game isn't something you want to bother yourself with?

Well Jill's path is to my mind the weakest story, but the way I see it the implied explanation is this: Jill has bad experiences with dating. Unless you go the extra miles for her, she doesn't dare to properly trust you. A lot of Jill's stuff can be explained by her relying too much on first impressions and having a bit warped view on bullying. Jill is appalled by violence, but doesn't recognise the dangers of psychological and financial attacks. If you are too aggressive physically, Jill will be a bit too afraid of that aspect of you, but she can't spot Tybalt for what he is.

That's how I make sense of that to myself, but all in all it makes her kinda too demanding for my tastes. Initially I hoped her story would be of a good sheltered girl rebelling with a bad boy and I still hope it turns into that, but the good girl taming the bad boy angle her path seems to be now is not my thing.

But the two big things I can't stand with her are. 1. Not letting the MC take care of Sage when she is sick. It's the most CHICK thing you can do in the entire game and Jill won't have it. 2. The damn banana.

Seriously it would make way more sense for Sage to be too mad at us over that choice, but she is so forgiving.

I understood what you meant. but I think in the end it's better that way. because you're right that an MC DIK should still go to Jill if he cares about her, but then how should he react? because if you don't then give me the opportunity to react differently I'd rather just skip certain appointments.

if you want to from a roleplay point of view imagine that even Mc has realized that Jill is not for him in the end, there will be no grumbling afterwards anyway

You never said you didn't like it? Have you ever praised the parts you do like? If everything you say about the game is a criticism how can you blame people for assuming you are just a hate troll?

And like more than half of your own litany was jumping to conclusions about people giving money to DPC simply for disagreeing with you.

I personally distrust patreon as a whole. Not every dev is a scammer, but the platform is way too easy to use for that. Mostly though the "scams" are just people not understanding the concept of patronage. The money you give there is not a purchase or an investment, it's a donation. It's about giving someone money to support what they are doing. It's something rich people are supposed to do when they don't want to spend their surplus money on taxes.

I absolutely love the story DPC is creating, but I'm not giving him money I need for rent and food.
