As I said before, I can understand there are players who like Quinn. (If you prefer the toxic bad girl type, I agree with them ) but, let's check some of Quinn's traits:

Pathological liar: CHECK
Resentful: CHECK
Vindictive: CHECK
Bully: CHECK
Whore: CHECK
Pimp: CHECK
Drug addict: CHECK
Drug seller: CHECK
Hypocrite: CHECK
Backstabber: CHECK
Manipulative: CHECK
These are just unfounded accusations. :cautious:
But OK, let's take it point by point.

Tomorrow will a busy day for me to write the last long post... so here we go:

I am pretty sure I have forgotten some adjectives, but I think 11 is enough (You are welcome to add more :devilish:) So, yes, I hate Quinn because she represents many of the things I abhor in people

Bonus track: Zoey
I have tried to give a chance to Zoey (she is Tremolo's first love), but I can't bear with her... Firstly, wasting the WHOLE interlude in her didn't help, but it wasn't the worst. Because her grandmother dies, she decided to leave everyone and everything to become a surfer, and even when Tremolo tried to go with her she rejected him, breaking him until Josy. Then, when the money started to run out and she miserably failed as a surfer, she decided to return after having a "There's no place like home" moment, thinking Tremolo was going to be waiting for her... And after chapter 10, she finally realized she felt something for him... When Tremolo is surrounded by more interesting and attractive girls and he finally has forgotten her in a romantically way (or at least he said so several times in chapter 9).
I may be a Quinn and Sage fan, but I don't have a problem with Zoey. She is a young woman, not even finished with school, who lost one of the three most important people in her life and chased a dream. Sure she was selfish when she left, but she was a greiving 18 year old kid. She failed, realized her mistake and what she had left then returned home in hopes up picking up the peices.
As someone who has experienced loss, followed a dream, lived in 5 states and 4 countries in the process, I can relate to the desire to return to what was once comfortable when I was young. Other than the returning ex cliche being a thing, I think her character is fairly well written.

But OK, let's take it point by point.

Pathological liar: She just interprets information in her own interests. Rational approach.
Resentful:She is a person with a subtle and sensitive mental organization.
Vindictive:She has a heightened sense of justice.
Bully:She has a bold, decisive and strong-willed character.
Whore:She is a broad-minded person and is open to everything new, including sexual experience.
Pimp:She helps girls to reveal their potential and provides them with new opportunities. She does not force them to do anything.
Drug addict:She is a broad-minded person and is open to everything new...
Drug seller:She helps people discover something new and unknown. She cares.
Hypocrite:She is a cautious person and prefers not to reveal her true intentions to people. Rational approach. And a little acting.
Backstabber:"To betray in time is to anticipate"!
Manipulative:Manipulation skills are essential qualities for any leader.
So... As we can see, she is a real Saint.
Who are you? Kellyanne Conway?
That's some list of alternative facts you came up with there.
:ROFLMAO:

Trem never tried to go with her, he accompanied her to her departure. That's not the same thing. The point is Tremolo regrets not trying to STOP her from going.

I think you skipped several parts of which you should play again.
I don't have a perfect memory, but I'm pretty sure he wanted to go with her (Perhaps he didn't say it) I will have to check the whole Maya/Josy/Tremolo conversation in episode 9 to be sure

Well written? I don't doubt about that, but the whole concept of "I realize I'm in love with my ex and I will return to his life to bring him back" it's not my style

I have also experienced loss (during a very dark time for me) and I didn't run away, it brought closer to the rest of my love ones

BTW Sorry for your loss, seriously

Yes he wanted to go with her, but he wanted to wait after college. Which was her plan all along as well, but when her grand mother died, it changed her plans for leaving sooner. And Trem never argued anything more than just say "It's best I don't, because college", and didn't bother to convince her to wait.

And also replay the convo in the cafeteria with Bella when he has lunch with her.

I'm looking for some save closer to the conversations, but I believe you... Even with that change, I can't understand Zoey in the game context but also, there are players attracted to her history/personality... My respects

Well to be fair, DPC could have written Zoey with a more believable narrative, than her going surfing. I don't dislike the idea of the Zoey character as a narrative, but c'mon DPC surfing for christ's sake? That's practically the equivalent to having a 6 yr old child say he wants to be a firefighter and letting him go throw water balloons at the first fire he comes across. Just like surfing, it's such a juvenile concept. *facepalm* Should have sent her on an "walkabout" in the outbacks of Australia, that would have at least been somewhat believable. And have made some sense to back it up. But it is what it is, and we're stuck with it. hehe

I suppose that's the truest form of fiction, of which no one can really argue. lol

Checked both and you are 100% right... English is not my first language and I didn't understand the whole chat with Bella (But Tremolo made the right decision, staying to finish high school and ask to wait until then)
