Not sure in which reality you're from, but, I don't even think the 1st episode required less than at least 4-5 months. I began this VN when Episode 6 was being released, and Ep7 took about 8 months give or take a week or two. Episode 8 was about the same maybe a just a few more weeks. but Ep9 easily took 11 months.

what are you even talking about dude? what reality are YOU on? the first episodes took a couple of months(between 3 to 6 max) to make they didn't took 1 year, we are at the 10th episodes, the first one went out on feb 2019 and there is 10 episodes by basic math if every episodes took 8 or 11 month to make it wouldn't EVEN be close to 10 today

I've successfully completed the season 2 and saved my import files too... Why are my import files from season 2 not showing in menu of season 3?? Does it require internet or some?

Have you deleted the season 1&2 game?

If yes it could possibly the reason the import files does not show it

Did you install scrappy mod?

If you install it try installing it in s3 it's in first page under extra

So it's android that will be problematic. Try doing this
1. Go to my files
2. Go to device storage
3. Go look for the folder DA

DA if you use the android port of dark assasin

4. Inside DA check if you have the folder BaDIK s1&s2
5. After that inside the folder of badik check for save folder and look for the import.save(or something i forgot the name)
6. If it's available copy it

Reminder: s3 should be installed and the game has been open once to create for BaDIK S3 folder

7. Paste import.save on the folder BaDIK S3 save files.
8. Try running S3 and check after clicking import is available now

Edit:
By the way sometimes the import. Save does not show, download zarchiver and open it you will navigate your file using it and follow step 2 or step 3

Bella/Jill is a weird one for me, it's going to happen at some point and probably have the option on both Bella and Jill path but they need to play out different.

I can't help but wonder if Dev times would speed up if DPC would omit the behind the scenes changes he implemented for things like the animations from 30 to 60fps. With how much content and complexity that is now inevitable, would it even make a difference at this point? Were we moaning about that for nothing?

I mean considering that now episodes will take more than a year per, would saving 3 weeks extra wait really be that much a big deal anymore?

do you know the rice paradox? imagine adding one grain of rice at a time: at first it will be 10, 20, 30 grains of rice, at some point it becomes a pile of rice. impossible to say when it happens but it will happen.

also applies the other way around, if the development time is already long, let's start removing the unnecessary stuff (which is not only the 60 fps, but also the animations themselves in many cases, but let's start with those too)

the comparison with the first chapters is quite misleading, but just go back to the eighth which more or less had 7 of development time. the next chapter with particular motivations (the save system, the launch on Steam and on a new platform) came to 9 months, now with the eleventh we could arrive at double the time of the eighth chapter. if this increase is all due to essential content I'd say there's a big problem.

the flaw in the reasoning though is always the same, that DPC has no interest in reducing production time, and that it is more effective to complain about the weather

The scenes are quite vanilla and these games focus on the plot and developed characters. And if these games are top - then this is what the market has the greatest demand for. Only two games in the F95 top chart are fetishistic with bizarre kinks. What you wrote in the first post - ntr, bdsm: these are niche things and don't have wide popularity. For adding ntr, the developer can even be canceled by militant purists (which of course retarded).
What you are right about is that some of the BaDIK scenes are boring, but not because of that. They are slow. DPC should set the animation speed to 125% and it would make them livelier. But many scenes are great, especially with Lily. Now, the main problem with DAZ: the engine doesn't work well with animations and sex scenes can look uncanny. HS2 is better for this. So this is not a DPC problem either, it's an engine problem.
But there is good news for you - like any porn game, BaDIK increases the kink level gradually, and if you were watching the dev logs, you would see this:

There are VN which are quite fine or close to fine about storytelling, like Inside Jennifer, or The East Block, or something, but some different non default stuff already in the content there. So focusing on storytelling can't be an excuse for totally boring scenes design.
