For Pete there is a picture of Josy with the MC. For Helen and Patrick there is a picture of Maya and the MC. The picture for Neil will show Josy, Maya and the MC. But there are only three of them and therefore they need a camera tripod.

So Maya is also at this location, we just don't see her.

It's actually pretty weird that Jill will go on a winter vacation with Bella and her boyfriend after MC cheated on her with Bella.
As for Josy and Maya...This is actually atypical of them completely, they don't act like this. DPC has once again sacrificed character development for fetishes.

Patreon takes roughly $70000 of that money and he pays 50% in taxes, so he gets to keep roughly $500000-650000 per year. Yes, that is a lot of money, but he worked for it.

DPC chooses to not hire people because he prefers to do it himself. He doesn't trust anybody else with his game, just like the guy who made Stardew Vally (funny how people don't give him crap about that and how he made over $140 million) and so many other Indie developers. He would still make a lot of money if he finished Being a DIK and started his next project so there's really no reason to just drag it out for more money. Not to mention that he's obviously doing the work. Every episode is bigger and with higher quality, it's not like he's half-assing it. Since Episode 7, every episode has grown and thedevelopment time has increased with it, roughly 2 months per episode.
Yes, he could rush it and lower the quality, but do we really want this game to end on a low note with a quality drope? Is getting the new episodes faster really more important than getting high quality content?

In the College Kings thread, people complain that the guy hired people to help with the game to get it out faster and how the quality fell because of it, here people complain that DPC doesn't hire people and keep the quality of the game while it takes longer.

Yeah, it feels like him bending for the Patreons and the "porn game" fans who's mostly interested in the sex. I wouldn't be surprised if they even voted for it. It's unfortunately something he feels obligated to do from time to time. Usually, he does it with the Pink Rose girls, which makes sense. You're not alone in disliking him doing it with the main girls but I have also seen people excited about it. To me, it just feels forced and that it doesn't fit Maya and Josy.

but the span of time that is near to game completion (delivery) is the time he got more patrons who are paying per month to see reviews, previews, announcements and such (since most patrons re-register at very end of each episode development).

therefore this is the perfect opportunity to collect the money. and there is no better time of the year that he makes such amount of money than this moments of each episode where the game is near completion.

so he makes some bullshit contents and pretty useless animations like this and extend the release date a little bit longer and longer.

I don't think you know what repressed sexuality is. What's going on with Maya is anything but repressed sexuality. If she was suffering from it, firstly she would be afraid of her own body, she would think her naked body was ugly, secondly she would find it difficult to enjoy sex, thirdly she would suffer from depression and often be sad after sex because she thought sex was very sinful and immoral.
It would have been very interesting to show Maya like this, but her journey to her first sex scene would have been more than Jill's.
Maya is actually a pretty liberated girl. She dresses sexy, it's easy for her to talk to a guy, and she lets a guy touch her even if she's known him for a couple minutes.

We dont know the context yet, still say it is a private thing, and in that context, it is absolutely fit in to their character, as they try out new things .
