Game has content that is not needed and wouldn't have lost anything without it, shedule has stretched to 15 months/update, which is too much and unjustified. He imagined himself as Hideo Kojima and go crazy with cinematics, using an engine that isn't suitable for this ... Each update is 15-20% more than the previous one and this trend isn't interrupted, at this rate nothing good will happen with his game and DPC just can choke on his ambitions, so criticism is justified.

Adding paths for the side girls really screwed up the development time but it's too late to do anything about it now. Maybe if he keeps Nora's path as over and close some other paths he could save some time. But most likely he won't. He started them and now he has to see them through and finish them.
And then we have the more elaborate sex scenes, like did Sage really need that anal sex scene in Episode 9 that took 35 days to make? And the Maya & Josy BDSM scene for Episode 11 proberbly took some time to make and feel out of place, was it really necessary?
But the patreons ask for these things and they pay him so he listens to them.

It would really take years to port it, and to hell with that garbage UE5. We would wait 15 minutes for "shader compiling" when launching BaDIK
But mastering Blender and doing animations there would be possible after the torment of porting assets.
