Zoey Chloe and mc had two mistake.
1 - they should have find a compromise, before she leave.
i dont know what should be it. maybe she move out from her home and move in Neil's place. only for half year and after mc take the college one year later, when he is back... with her. so, both are doing a wait with the own wanted thing for the other's sake.

2 - they stop with the chat. the last nail in their relationship's coffin.
yes, yes. the chat was painful. but it was the last thing what keep them in touch and keep their relationship alive.

nobody to blame. or both. as you like it.
anyway, they lost each other. mc got depressed. he found Jojo. as Geralt From Rivia the Greatest Swordsman of Cowards said with his wise and untold words. Jojo is alady. Jojo became the new light of mc's dark and painful world. Jojo saved him.

what is a nice parallel. Jojo is as vulnerable and love hungry little cutie as mc is.

I am still shocked DPC didn't just used her as immediate relationship drama, like most people feared, he handled her so well the she skyrocketed for me into top 3 waifus. Hope he sticks the landing both on the closure and romance routes.
After the interlude and her presence in the final scene of season two (from Neil, really like she was ready to ‘invade’ the scene), it seemed Zoey was to be much more central in season three, instead for now she has remained very marginal, while in the ninth she had been a pleasant distraction in a ‘hostile’ chapter, in the tenth we already had ‘more of the same’, with flat content compared to the choices made in the game.

in the next chapter something should happen, hopefully.

I didn't expect Zoey's arrival to trigger full drama immediately, but neither did I expect so little to happen.

By the end of episode 10 we're at the point where the MC has finally told her what the viewer has understood for a while, namely that he was in love with her (you might even say he hasn't moved on entirely).

We don't get Zoey's response to this (in terms of how she sees things about their relationship), but all indications are that it's the same for her.

Either DPC gives us an episode 11 where not much happens, Zoey will eventually realize how she feels about the MC but they won't talk about it. Which pushes back to episode 12 the moment when they'll talk and decide whether to be just friends or more. Or maybe those long months of waiting have been put to good use, and we'll have a resolution to the future of the MC and Zoey by episode 11...

... and that's when we could potentially have some big drama when the MC dumps his MG for Zoey.

i am only in on Zoey in one of my others paths. i will play out the other LI paths as well as a few more on the others path when the story comes. i avoided all the drama that comes with dating multiple main LI's at once. Jill's reaction to mc and Bella on the Bella path seemed stupid as fuck to me. she and mc weren't dating, nothing. yet her reaction to catching them together was like she considered the mc her man when he wasn't.

For Zoey the story has been largely what I expected. As soon as MC told Bella about her I was sure she would turn up at some point. No point putting that much detail in her if she was forever out of the story. I thought it was a good choice to time her return just when MC has made his choice. The chosen main girl has won against all her rivals, but now she has to deal with the ex who wasn't an option when MC made his choice.

They reunite at ep 9 and since that was just one day and flashbacks of the previous week it's no wonder nothing happens. Ep 10 they reconnect, talk about the past and Zoey realises that she was and still is in love with him. So far so good.

I don't expect much to happen in ep 11 beyond Zoey agonizing over her emotions. If she actually tells him how she fells it'll be a cliffhanger at the end of the episode. What I'm worried about is that cliffhanger coming at the end of ep 12. It's all too likely in terms of the story's pace, but it really sucks to have to wait for ep 13 for any Zoey content that isn't a flashback.

Would you bet your entire life savings that MC's mother's last name is "bernmeister"?
Like tommy once said, I bet my left nut on it.

On a side note while Zoey did help out with the MC cause nobody wanted to be his friend. I think it was a dik move to leave him cold turkey and then come back with basically nothing to show for it aside from tattoos and some memorable friends of heres.

And doesn't help that she is so late into the story that I don't care about romance with her, like legit "its a cool, you are back lets be friends! thats it, told the homies, they are free to date you cause I moved on"
