According to his patreon page regarding the $100 renders:

So there's a possibility that they could be included or maybe they won't be. But honestly, anything above I'd say $30+ is something we shouldn't expect to see because at that point you're paying for an exclusive privilege and it really wouldn't make sense to share it with any one else. I mean, the very fact that DIK President can only hold 3 members at one time already implies that this is meant for the wealthy patrons that want something dedicated to themselves personally.
It's better to not think too much of it. Besides, all the preview images we'll see in the game eventually and as for the exclusive renders... well, we're not paying $75 a month. Shit I'm only paying $10 and sometimes I feel like it's not worth it.

Personally I think that's only for hardcore fans that really want everything about the game and what surrounds it.
Myself in my opinion its wasting money 75 dollars for a couple of renders I mean for 60 dollars u have a full fledged ps 4 game
So no I cant imagine 75 dollars is well spent money
I mean, for all we know these people could have so much money they simply have no idea what to do with it all. I have a friend who loves playing gacha games and he spends like $50 a week on it, which I think is ludicrous but he makes 6 figures and doesn't really spend much outside of that. But the gacha games bring him a great deal of happiness so who am I to judge? There are plenty of hobbies out there that easily cost at least $100 a month if you're invested in it, and sure these people are only getting 3 renders, but if it makes them happy to get these exclusive items then sure, why not? I mean, they're supporting the development of the game which can't possibly be a bad thing and they're getting something they probably think is worth it in their eyes, so who really cares?
Also, it puts a bad taste in my mouth to see people ask for these $75 renders but then to also make it sound like they're squandering their money. Like oome on, it's their money, they're not hurting anybody, let them spend it however they want.

Yeah, no problem. That model is fine, but smaller than that could be too much.
I wouldn't consider Maya or Josy as petite, they have big boobs, perky asses, nice hip to waist ratio... They still have curves.
