Brute force repetition of a reasonable pattern can net you victories at all levels of the boxing game, even without stat increases. Getting some amount of +power and roundhouse makes it fairly consistent.

I personally dislike purely binary morality systems. While you can't truly quantify a person regardless of how many metrics you have, adding at least a second axis, such as the standard good/evil, law/chaos of D&D, greatly increases perceived identity.
The most obvious example being drawing on the picture, you might be rude to the kid, but whether or not you commit property damage is something else entirely.
