No one in their right mind is saying the other girls are ugly. They are obviously all very beautiful. However, speaking about me for a moment... I was lucky enough to work for as a promoter for a major fashion conglomerate (Zara) for a few years, and was lucky to mingle with fashion influencers and attend try out events in various countries and witness how they pick their candidates. A girl with a body like josey walks into this try out she gets picked in an instant. Of the 100 girls that come to the try outs a girl with body like josey are maybe 4 or 5 from a 100. That is why I said she is Victoria secret model quality. She is proportionally the girl you find promoted in Vogue, Elle, Marie callie etc.. All the girls in the game are pageant quality , but if the judges had to pick based on body proportions alone excluding everything else, josey would win 100%.
Edit: That is not to say that the others have ugly bodies, it is simply what the current fashion industry is looking for, this is the kind of girl they show at the ultra exclusive fashion walks for the businessmen and the elites.

Josy isn't anywhere near flat, her boob size is perfect IMO. Not too big and not too small. She is the closest to a "model" body like someone else mentioned. Medium/Small boobs, tiny waist and good facial bone structure.
I dont think any of the girls are exaggerated much, Bella is the most exaggerated IMO. Large boobs and a smaller/curvy frame, she has a "porn star" body. Maya and Jill are close to Josy's body type, Jill is obviously larger chested/more curvy though but not by much. Sage is skinny with big, but not huge boobs but is still realistic.

Josy -> Maya -> Jill -> Sage -> Bella
