Great game characters are not forgettable at all every character is so well written, 3d renders are the best I have seen in any porn game and how can I say anything about music choice I been listening to it since I finished chapter 7. There is lot of good things to write about being a dik probably my favourite porn game

Top tier game, one of the best in this site! This updates are also consistent throughout so you received what has been promised. The characters are well developed and the story stays interesting. The art is fantastic and the animations just add the cherry on top.

This game has a great story and nice graphics. This is the first porn game i enjoy playing not only for the lewd scences. Can´t wait for the next update. Huge props to the dev. Please continue this quality work.

Get's much better after the second episodes. It is one of the few games on this site that actually has solid characters and story. I get that it's still a porn game but I wish that the cg scenes were placed later into the game after the characters developed more but oh well.

Man, this is such a good game, really the first porn game I happily play not for the lewd stuff but just because I love the story and characters, just finished 0.7 and just wow, can't wait for next chapter

There are games with strong stories. But end up being more like comics with no interactive paths.
There are games with numerous characters. But end up where MC makes a harem with no conflicts.
There are games with mini games.
There are games with beautiful girls and great animation. But have no great game mechanics.
Being a DIK is all of that and so much more that you can keep playing it over and over again. It's no wonder why it's one of the highest rated game ever!

Being a DIK, such an imposing name huh. The game in it's latest 7 chapter series is put through many plot twist and roads. This game does have the feeling of the notorious college stage of life, either the greatest time of your life or the hell that you'd never want to return to. The game starts off with a teen with his single dad in an out of no where town, then he gets accepted and enters the main scene, B&R (the college)! Thus starting the adventure of the MC and the notorious events the tie him into the sororities and the fraternities. The main 5 girls Josy (childhood crush), Maya (First girl met at college), Jill (Nice Rich Senior), Sage (head of the sorority) and Isabella (Librarian/English Prof.), you can either juggle your harem or you can cast your eyes out upon one simple goal. Either way great quality and great story and characters.

If I rate this as a game, it's an easy 0/5. This is really just a visual novel. The sequence of pictures that you are going to see is pre-scipted, so you can't move around the campus and meet whoever you are most interested in and ignore the others. You are going to read a lot of text and only very occasionally make a decision that actually affects the story.

That said, as far as visual novels go, this is a good one. The school-setting is a bit of a downturner for me, but the characters have some depth to them and you do feel like you have to carefully think your occasional decisions through (which for me was unexpected for an adult game and makes at least half the fun).

Render quality is a bit of a mixed bag. Some gils look like a rubber doll, others look more natural. Even the best renders are not top notch but I think they are fine. Animations... well... I usually skip them but I guess they are fine as well.

This is currently peak story telling. The writing is amazing the renders are beautiful the characters are believable and well written and the music fits so well. I am honestly blown away how high Dr Pinkcake has set the bar with this one.

I've been supporting DPC for about a year and a half now, just like to mention that in the beginning of a review.

This is gonna be a short and sweet review. This is the best overall game on here that I have played.
Animation are solid,
Static renders are great,
Characters are super interesting and very well developed,
MC is actually likeable.
Story is so far pretty good,
Writing is very good,
And finally music is very on par with the scenes, for the most part.

It's a great game, love where the story is going, so far (just have slight fear because of DPC's other game where I did not like how dark the story got) but it is so fun to play! If for some reason you haven't yet do it!

Pros

Stand-out sexy models and interesting characters (Sage and Bella), good sex animations with good jiggle physics, thoughtful facial expressions, nice colour schemes through-out game makes a nice blend of realism and style, detailed skin on models and nice use of 'wet skin', music is good, novel scenarios within story,

I loved the intermittent break of the story with a 'fantasy' part. I thought it was really clever and creative: a story within a story.

Cons

Soppy 'frat' story which is incredibly pastiche and can become very boring. So many VNs use the college kid theme and you eventually get fed up of them all. The cheese factor is off the charts and the music I hate and like at the same time. The whole frat and dad back story element to it is my least favourite. I particularly hate the leader of the frat house his character model is so ugly, and I also don't care for the 'friend' relationship with Maya's Brother. I can appreciate a story which deals with serious issues and such but it's the 'sentimentality' of it which I dislike which goes hand in hand with the 'college' theme. When something sad happens it's like everyone sits around a campfire looking sad and hugging each other. And we have 10 minutes of 'sad music'. It's just boring. The 'wild' elements to frat life are good but just cut out all this 'meaningful' stuff.

Most of the models facial features feel unnatural and very ugly (most noticable on Jill and Jade), Daz models medicore in detail and jarring differences as more recent Daz models thrown in in later episodes, game development time far too long, the game has too much hype,

Played up to Episode 7 and, so far, Being a Dik is probably the best game in this genre I've played so far. First of: gameplay. We got a game here in the full sense of the word. We get to make meaningful choices that impact the results and the evolution of the story (which adds a great replay value). Together with that we got minigames, exploration games, strategy games... tons of things to do, that keep adding and evolving with each chapter, making each of them better than the previous one. The story itself is pretty great, with strong and interesting characters that are quite believable and many of them quite likeable. It has its intrigue and mystery, it's random university madness and some teen angst and even touches on some real-world problems like student debt, or the problems for lesbians. And it's all really well developed to allow you to bond and connect with some characters or others through different playthroughs, according to your choices your Dik stat goes into the Dik or the Chick side, opening different options according to your affinities.

And on the technical side, it's just awesome. Renders are of the highest quality, music is varied and well done, and it's got some great animations. Reall, can't think of anything more to add, maybe only voice acting or something like that, but that would probably be too expensive.

So, all in all, it's a straight 10/10.

I really don’t understand the hype about this game. I have been reading some of the other reviews that I don’t agree with and so I am giving my own take. For an Adult VN, this game is good! But that is not saying a lot at all. The writing is mediocre at best and I get the impression that the dev is just making up the story as he goes along. The renders are great and the animations get better as you progress through the game. Also. The “feels” you have heard about. They are cringe… Feels of cringe… Prior to the latest update, I felt that the story was already written. But now I know that the dev is just making it up as he goes along. I will not spoil it.

One of the best lewd games ever made and will likely be an undisputed #1 by the time it's finished. Every new patch is substantial and entertaining and is building a compelling narrative with genuinely likeable characters.

Like, for real, look at the fact that there's 7k+ pages of comments and 850+ reviews that give really good ratings. That is a true testament to how good this game is.

Been a while since i'm playing this game and all I can say about it has been said in those 7000 pages of comments or those 800+ other reviews so i'm just gonna tell my personal experience with it.

Being a DIK somehow freed me of some of my shyness and introvert personality. This scenario that portrays the freshman wet dream, although it's cliché, it's very reminiscent of some of the joy that exists in real life and playing something so believable like this made me realize that life is just up ahead, and time is passing by. I hope this game will make more people feel like this and seek some fun while they can.
