Partly it's definitely a change of pace for her, but mostly because she has something she's ashamed of possibly and now that she knows he's not like the rest, she tenses up in her conversations with him. The "early" shower scene destroys that entire feeling. It's just not real.

Remember her 3 date rule. Not wanting to sleep with someone after only their 1st date isn't shy or reserved. It's having standards.
