Which is kind of my point. It's like why every anime has a beach episode. 100% fanservice, filler, and no story development.Or its purpose it's as simple as the MC and other characters are simply having a little fun.

But it makes them more human and easier to relate to if they actually have a life outside just getting laid and chasing girls. Makes them seem more lifelike.Which is kind of my point. It's like why every anime has a beach episode. 100% fanservice, filler, and no story development.
Yeah it is but DPC has already committed to another D&G session. Does he not involve certain characters at all and depending on how much of this episode it takes up potentially limiting their screen time. Does he involve them in an out of character manner and just have them play the game with MC despite it not being a thing they’d do or does he put their face on a princess and at least get a sex scene outta it or some comedy of showing Sage as the damsel in distress.I don't know, having interactions with an NPC with Sage's (or whoever's) face seems like a pointless waste of time. Even sex scenes like that would be pointless imo (if someone were to act and fully detail and explain a sex scene in a live role game ).
I agree the story is important and the drama gives us ups and downs. However everyone needs a hobby. Makes the game deeper and more interesting to throw in moments that don't have anything to do with either of the above. Just my opinion....
Yeah, I remember that episode because it was from when they had that shortened season that was affected by the WGA strike. But I'd rather not see this episode of BaDIK do anything like that, even if the LIs are involved in the game. We need some actual character development for them in real situations.Yeah it is but DPC has already committed to another D&G session. This isn’t a theory I support just an idea. It can be both a real D&G session and not have all these characters actually partake in the game. It could be like that episode of scrubs where Dr Cox tells his son a story and uses all the hospital staff as characters. Pointless for character development but potentially amusing.
Yeah, that's the thing. On the other side I trust DPC to not make a completely filler episode and that this playing session will have some payoff and purpose.I agree the story is important and the drama gives us ups and downs. That could be it, but I'd rather have interactions with characters that are participating. If you interact with someone's character at least you are indirectly interacting with that person too. But having someone as an NPC without the person it's based on there, specially if it's for a sex scene, it's just fanservice.Yeah it is but DPC has already committed to another D&G session. All these things are true but all those girls are also into him to varying degrees. Finally finished a full playthrough and have the following observation:
The MC doesn't seem to have a lot of viable LIs right now.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
however the first game at D&G was purely a fill in ...Yeah, that's the thing. On the other side I trust DPC to not make a completely filler episode and that this playing session will have some payoff and purpose.
I do not know.Heck, I wasted my time with M&J, D&G can't be worse...
Maybe it's just a way to make us spend some time with the Nerds. We spent a lot of time with the DIKs, of course. A lot of time with the HOTs, mmmm... We met the Alphas in several occasions, we spent most of the last episode in Preps house... Maybe now it's time to know the Nerds better, spend some time with them. And what else can you do with the Nerds? Just play D&G with them... I don't mind, I like fantasy, RPGs and I'm curious to know the Nerds better, especially Sally...
Oh it's the BADIK-DnG version of the AL twist!
Yeah that’s how I see it getting to know nerds better, coupled with some light relationship stuff if you are after those girls.Heck, I wasted my time with M&J, D&G can't be worse...

The DIKs and HOTs would probably feel like stereotypical parodies too from an outside perspective. We know they're more than that because we've been spending time with them. Now I'm not saying that Anthony, for example, from the Tri-Alphas has many layers to his personality and is deep down an interesting individual but some of them could surprise us. There's a reason the relationship system includes every other fraternity as well, not much point to that if all we're meant to do is mess with them during the whole game.I do not know.
it seems to me that the other confraternities (excluding DIK and HOT) are really secondary, their members are parodic, without much depth ...
My theory as well, except that MC is chaperoning her there or somehow manages to crash as usualMy guess is sage is dragged to some fancy party by her dad. She sends Mc a picture message of her on bed.
Diks and Hots are so full of different characters, that they cannot correspond to a stereotype, at least not to only one ...The DIKs and HOTs would probably feel like stereotypical parodies too from an outside perspective. This one could also be filler.however the first game at D&G was purely a fill in ...
hopefully the second one will be better
p.s. playing D&G i'm sure is not DIK...
