I disagree, Neutral path lets you see pretty much everything if you so choose with the differences of M&J path. There are very few things you cannot do on Neutral affinity (go in the hot tub with the HOTs in the prep mansion and flirt with heather as well as the option to help Lily with 1 of her tasks in ep6, for everything else you are game).

in terms of dialogue it is very limiting

not counting the Maya + Josy question, what is there you can do as a neutral and not as a CHICK?

Ok so I copied the content of the patch folder and placed it into my game folder of my Being A DIK 0.5.2 version. It's not patched. Can anybody help? It isn't that hard I thought

the 5.2 is an unpacked version so you have to place the pach(update6.rpa & ep6_image.rpa) in the game folder and then unpack the rpa using unren(https://f95zone.to/threads/unren-ba...compiler-console-developer-menu-enabler.3083/)

the entire point of Neutral is that not everything is black or white, MC is not a huge dick or the nicest person on the planet, he is flexible to the situation, you know like a real person. Granted there are some bullshit moments that make no sense but those are writing faults to railroad the plot forward.

but if I take as a reference the "major choices" of the game, some in my opinion clearly mark who takes them, the balance between the two seems to me more a cynical question of game opportunities than of personal nature

You see the Jocks and Arieth, Mel and Sarah in the Gym while you pass but it's not really clear how quickly you find the changing rooms and what the others are doing in the meantime. Since all the other Jocks are about to go back to the changing rooms after you listen to a call for maybe 1 minute, it would not be shocking that the girls just got ready to leave either and that Mel is currently in the womens chaging room on that call. Or she might have excused herself and currently be in a bathroom. After all with Chad asking "did you like the gift(panties) I sent you?" the call is probably JUST starting.

So, if you're right about Mel and just leave one minute after Chad... knowing the slut Mel, she would have join Chad in the changing room instead of having a dirty phone call. That only accounts for the HOTs though. Technically Arieth is also stupid enough to snitch without realizing she is snitching but aside from her any of the Jocks could walk in on them. Or any other random college student that might also train there. ok so I did the speed run two days ago
with Jill as my main focus ignoring everyone else
so I didn't become Sage's fuck buddy
not even a single time had sex with her
and stayed with Derek this time
everything went smooth We trashed the party
after that MC cleaned the library himself automatically
but I maintained A high point relationship with Jill and Bella
After Chad breaks up with Sage she calls us
but this time the dialogue is teeny tiny different
and this time I dont call Sage in the 2nd Freeroam of Diks House
So it was all clear this time I goto the date with Jill without Sage calling us
After that comes the MacAllen's bar scene with Nicole and Sandy I went on with it
After that Josy calls and same yada yada and the episode ends

Remember though that a one year, VIP pass to the Pink Rose was only $10 and fixing the windows is $65, both of which are way lower than what you'd expect them to cost in the real world, so $5000 might be a lot more than it seems. Yes, the MC's reaction isn't quite what you'd expect if $5000 in this world is like $50,000 or $500,000 in the real world, but it could be the equivalent of that.

It is an issue though that, after 5 chapters of one $ denoting a certain amount of currency, DPC has now added number values to the money and thrown everything off balance. I would imagine that, given the cost of the VIP pass and windows, that it might be the case that the number value has at least 2 missing zeroes, so the pass would be $1000 and the windows $6500, which would make the $5000 he's got $500,000. If that were the case, he could easily fix the mansion, give Maya tuition money, and help Quinn out, but of course, DPC won't allow that and it will be yet another case of us not being able to do something we really could do because they want us to suffer for our choices.

Neutral is a good path to be able to get lots of content with the main girls and it is a path that presents a more balanced and flexible MC, but it's frustrating for always being aligned with the CHICK path rather than being the flexible middle ground it should be by aligning with both paths. There are a few instances where it's stated you have to have Neutral or CHICK affinity to be able to something, but never Neutral or DIK affinity even though, as you say, Neutral should be the non-black and white affinity and should logically allow for certain events aligned to DIK to happen provided certain conditions are met.

For example, Quinn accepting the MC's help in Ep 6 should be one of those things that works on the Neutral path provided he took her number, used her services, won the cum-petition, and had sex with her in Ep 4. Here he's done a lot with her individually, but his flexible Neutral affinity makes him someone who has DIK-ish tendencies, if that's what Quinn likes, so there really isn't much reason why she should turn him down.

Just look at something here there are two characters that are Jill and Maya, they are polar opposites, Jill was given a car on her 18 birthday and Maya she cannot pay for her studies

At the very top-tier US universities (the majority of which are private non-profits), fees and living costs are likely to add up to around US$60,000 per year (in the US)

Considering Jill and the preps that B&R is not a shoddy university

And without forgetting that living in the bedrooms is not free either

Those 10$ and 65$ are minigame money. They are not the same "currency" as the 5000$.

That's one of my problems with Maya (aside from the whole raping your roommate and prostituting yourself thing). If being with Josy is that critical and she doesn't want to be beholden to her father then she should do what a lot of students do and get a job and your own federal student loan without a cosigner.

If that is too difficult then maybe postpone college and move out of daddy's house and work for a year or two. Josy could do the same thing while living together and sharing expenses with Maya. If their relationship is so important then college can wait. Lots of people move out at 18 and support themselves. Sure, you live like a peasant at first, but that's how life usually goes. Josy can be a twitch streamer and do body painting or something and earn enough for the both of them in a year. Hell, just play some games on twitch while showing cleavage and you'll make a good living as a woman (no prostitution necessary).

Of course, in the end, I'll end up giving her my 5K like a simp anyway so don't listen to me.

With Dawe, Big A and the others not being the smartest tools in the shed it would be a pretty good deception for them. "But Mel was in the same building and Chad talked on the phone. Impossible for 2 people in the same building to be calling each other from different rooms to trick us and not be seen together." Arieth is also not known for her smarts and Sarah would be in on it.
