Yes, I hope in ep. 7 we get the rest of their back story. How in the world did those two end up together after that dodgy first encounter and how did Heather get in a wheelchair?

In terms of backstory, I hope we might get a bit more of M&J's after the Dad's visit. I'm interested to know a bit more aobout the how and when of him finding out and what went with that all separation they were going through, specifically how long it went on for. To be at the point they were at when this game started, I reckon this would have had to have been going on for months.

Because god damnit you should not be blocked from them, or from Jade, or Nicole/Envy this early, if the almighty DPC really intends to do 14-20 episodes, which I heavily doubt but hey if so, why block us now???? Oh yeah, so he can burn our number 1 choice to ashes and we will then get the pity fucks from all of them and can reopen relationship paths....

In terms of Affinity putting these blocks up, I do think that it's not the best system because it often seems to negate what would seem like plausible opportunities for the player based on the sum total of their actions with certain characters and can sometimes remove an element of choice that you feel you should have in certain situations.

I'm not as optimistic about a threesome ending with Josy

I'm trying to be, only because I hope that this time they'll stick to the unwritten principle of adult VNs that characters you enter a relationship with should be characters you can end the game with.

So far, it's the only shot. It's probably not likely there will be another, but I don't think it's entirely impossible either.

Truthfully though, there are a few games on this site with really good stories and almost no sex. Fortunately, BaDIK has both a fun story and very good sex scenes. If you are really serious about not trying them all out on multiple playthroughs then you're missing out on a ton of good content, but to each their own.

I really want to, but its kinda like Bioware / Telltale / Dontnod games. I want to do a "canon" playthrough before I do another run, mainly because I dont want to have doubts if I choose right or wrong, and just want to keep a role-playing perspective going. Sadly (and thankfully) BaDIK ending will take a while.

I'm going to trash DPC.

When I first started playing this game I thought it was really good. The story and the characters were interesting enough to get immersed in the game, unfortunately this didn't last. After the first season I noticed the story began to break down, relying ever more frequently on horribly contrived plot point's, a general decline in the quality of the dialogue, and a frequent inconsistency in characterization.

At this point I can't quite make up my mind if it's a case of DPC being too ambitious and biting off more story than he could chew, or if he's just decided to go for that sweet Patreon money and is just milking the development schedule to drag it out. I also find his use of "whaling" marketing tactics, selling custom renders and ridiculously high Patreon tiers, to be ethically questionable. There's also his unwillingness to give his patrons a clear road map of where he's going with the game and when he expect's to get there.

As to the quality of the renders I'll just mention in passing some of the well debated topics like 'Giantess Jill' or her sometimes creepy facial expressions. Maya's skin, which bears more relation to a lunar landscape than a teenaged girl's complexion, her ever changing boob size, or the way they look like a bad silicone job when she's lying down. Sage's multi-color body in the quiet sex scene. Bella's ridiculous body type (and the body type's of Bella 2 & 3 on Swyper). Just go back through this thread and you'll find scores more examples.

All together what started out as a promising game has, IMHO become nothing but a tawdry cash grab marketed at 12 to 14 year old boys, a sad specticle.

You probably wont get another shot. Seems to big of choice by the end of the season. Pretty sure you'll be able to break it up down the line and go for just one, and hopefully you'll get another shot at a solo path too.

I would say it's more in terms of bust size.

Doubt bust size affects the characters popularity. People aren’t fond of M&J because of their smaller bust but rather the whole threesome situation

Then there is no way I am going to wait till the game is totally finished to resume my gameplay. I will have to play it as new episodes get released. It will be a little bit annoying to cope with my appetite for the game though.

Yeh I kinda regret finding this game this early lol. I was happy with my 'corruption trainer' games and then I kept seeing characters from 'badik' in peoples signatures.

Quick maths based on presumption Ep 7 releases in April:

• Average dev time per episode = 4-5 months
• Possible remaining episodes = 13
• Taking the longest dev time of 5 months: 5x13 = 65 months (5 years, 5 months) = September 2026.

Additionally, at the end of each 4 episode season, DPC will work on the Steam release which, for the 1st season, took them almost a month, so adding 1 month for season 2, 3, and 4, it could be completed in December 2026 or January/February 2027 if it goes for 20 episodes.

DPC may have their issues, but comparing them to ICSTOR who hasn't released any updates for well over a year, still takes Patreon money, and doesn't communicate with their patrons and fans, is really an unwarranted insult to DPC.

His average delivery time for an episode seem's to be 5 month's now, mostly because he's making them bigger each time. Rather DPC will start making smaller episode's seems unlikely, but who knows?

Only if you go 100%. You can be about 75-80% CHICK and still get a lot of sexy action with lots of girls.

Though when I made that post I forgot Sandy and Envy, so it's more like 4/5. Soon to be 5/5, because soon the choice will come between Bella and Jill.

Why would he do that though? I'll take large updates twice a year over tiny updates every few weeks that after 6 months adds up to half an update from Pinkcakes.
