I believe it was during the picnic hangout in Ep 5 where they mention that the other girls have completely different tasks and they aren't nearly as difficult as theirs. So yes, I do believe Quinn deliberately gave her a difficult set of tasks believing Maya would fail them because they would be too much for her, so M&J breaking the rules here is fair game when Quinn had somewhat rigged the game against Maya.
for this reason I gave the example of two tests (that we know) that the other girls had to complete, and they would have been prohibitive for Maya anyway. the only extreme test of Maya's list is the threesome, the rest would have been lukewarm water for every other Hots or pledges

Maya has nothing in common with the HOTs, she doesn't do anything to hide it so much so that even Malanie and Sara don't really like her, in every outing with them she's out of place.

Maya wants to take advantage of the HOTs, instead it's Quinn who takes advantage of her

i'm not sure Quinn wanted Maya to fail, otherwise it's not clear what plans she had with her when she talks to Riona about it. surely Quinn didn't have any plan for Maya if she wasn't able to fulfill her list

So I just started a new playthrough, to see what a CHICK run is like. Kind of interesting that Quinn was actually eyeing Maya for prostitution at first. When we see Riona and Quinn come out the toilet at our dorm, Quinn says "Camilla and Maya, I think." Followed by Riona saying, "If you says so, Quinn." and that it was easier the previous year.

Maya probably wouldn't have had such a hard time if she hadn't been so holier-than-thou when it comes to the HOTs. She still would've failed in the end, but damn would it have been an easier time until that point.

theory

Then everything makes sense. Why Tybald is blackmailing Jill and why the DIK villa was destroyed. Then drug trafficking and the prostitution ring is likely just a sideshow that DPC placed to distract from the conspiracy.

The Burkes want to take over B&R.
Tybalt has his own agenda for blackmailing Jill, because he's a jealous douchebag.
The DIK villa was destroyed due to the Jocks or perhaps Vinny's agenda.
I don't think Burke is involved in those two incidents.

Quinn is clearly pissed at Maya's list being confirmed as completed by Arieth, and Riona even makes that snide "Checkmate" comment which certainly seems to confirm that Maya got one over on Quinn.

screenshot0125.png screenshot0126.png screenshot0127.png screenshot0128.png screenshot0129.png screenshot0130.png screenshot0131.png screenshot0132.png screenshot0133.png screenshot0134.png screenshot0135.png screenshot0136.png screenshot0137.png screenshot0138.png screenshot0139.png screenshot0140.png screenshot0141.png screenshot0142.png

Quinn seemed fully prepared to deny both Maya and Josy entry into the HOTs but then gets blindsided by Arieth and it ruined her fun.

Also, I'd say that all the sexual tasks on Maya's list were the extreme tests because Quinn probably got the sense that she was inexperienced with that stuff and that's why she put them on the list because she felt sure Maya wouldn't be able to do them.

Even Rhiona no longer approves of Quinn's practices.
Riona doesnt agree with the expansion, but she approves with everything that they have been doing up until that point

I agree with you that persuasion is not illegal.
But faking false facts is illegal. You can even be prosecuted for this in Germany.
What you say is true. However, in this situation, which facts are false? The free tuition does exist.

It would have been illegal, by your terms, if Quinn promised them the free tuition, they did the restaurant thing, and then they didnt get the promised free tuition (kinda like those internet scams when you are investing money into something that doesnt exist)

It is illegal when you blackmail/threaten them, which is what Quinn was doing with Mona. Also, even if someone does something willingly without coercion, the person who put them up to is considered more guilty in the eyes of the law. An example of this would be if someone is asked by a friend to deliver a parcel containing drugs to someone else. If the person delivering it is caught, whether they knew what was in it or not, they will be charged but the person who got them to deliver it will receive the harsher sentence if they are also caught. Same thing with people smuggling; the truck driver transporting them is guilty for doing it, but the people who hired/paid them to do it are the most guilty and the ones the authorities are more interested in catching.
When it comes to your first phrase, I agree with you as I said in my previous post. What Quinn does to Mona in ep6, in the room, is indeed blackmail and is indeed illegal.

As of the rest, I also agree with you. But in those cases they are both guilty only IF the "delivery man", as you put it, knew about what he was doing and the consequences and still went for it despite that. If he didnt know what he was doing, he isnt guilty (for example, the mailman isnt guilty of delivering me a package that has something illegal inside it)

Having seen the "pitch" that Quinn did to Camila in ep1, that Tumai actually pointed out to me first and that I was totally unware, it proved my point. She persuades Camila, she doesnt blackmail her or force her into anything, Quinn also doesnt give the vibe of: Now that you know this, you HAVE to do it (she could have done it after the MC went away, but we cant judge something we didnt see).

Of course that after you enter/do the illegal stuff your guilty of it. My whole point was that Quinn isnt doing anything illegal when she "brings it up" and that she doesnt force them into doing anything. When it comes to the blackmail and the drug, thats a different story and they are indeed illegal

Quinn's persuasion of Camila is like the snake persuading Eve to eat the forbidden apple; it's still a form of coercion using psychological manipulation to convince them that it's not a big deal and to go against their better judgement. It doesn't make the person who's being persuaded less guilty for committing the crime, but the person doing the the persuading is still the most guilty because they're manipulating others to do what they want them to do.

Also, as I said previously, Quinn's promises to Camila that she won't have to do what she doesn't want to are hollow because in these situations, someone in Camila's position will eventually be made to because the person in Quinn's position will now feel they own that person and be able to make them do more extreme things with threats of violence and/or ruining their lives in some way if they don't comply.

If you look at the events in BADIK from a realistic point of view, there is so much dirt that it becomes difficult to determine who has the cleanest ass.

School tests are openly distorted by a web of cheating,
4 out of 4 teachers that we know of have, or may have, sex with students,
the BR budget is blatantly rigged.
continuous bullying and physical violence
repeated damage to other people's property
prostitution
widespread drug dealing and consumption
blackmail
disclosure of private videos and photos

Mc, who is supposedly the hero of the story, keeps himself clean of a few of these crimes.

I still think it's wrong to give the same weight as we would in reality to everything related to sex. we're in a porn game and that's just the way it is.

Oh Boy 40 bucks for the preview image, soon he's going to have preview images only for himself.
I've said it before and I'll say it again; preview images should not be kept behind a paywall. You're trying to market your game and build interest for the new update to try and attract new patrons, and the best way to do that is with teaser preview images that everybody can see. There's no real advantage to paying this much money just for the "privilege" of getting a couple of preview renders for each update, especially when all patrons and players will eventually see this image in the game anyway.

on the one hand i don't want judging patreons, because in the end they pay for my game too, but i really don't understand how you can pay for a render, even a preview.
It really means not giving value to money

A little judgmental if you ask me. So why don't you keep your almighty, brilliant point finger from elysium and above in your tunic.
Everything you said is true but based on probability. The only one lied and maybe coerced because of her situation to was maya because quinn wanted her to fail, everyone else had a choice. let's focus on what actually happened in game.

That is true, maybe he is doing this so people stopping sharing. Did you handle the reddit situation yet?

He got a bunch of peops onto $30 (like Casmyr's dad :p) and now he ups the ante to try to get them to increase ... getting seriously OTT.
Yes he's getting thirsty, maybe it'll work again and people will jump up but he also risks pissing people off and them leaving.

I been contemplating for awhile to throw some money at Pinkcakes, but then he pulls stunts like this and just doesn't make any sense to give him 20 bucks a month when he spits on it and asks for more.
