Rox shouldn't even be in consideration of being the mugger. Quinn would've recognized him by voice alone, and been like "what in the actual fuck?"

My first thought was that the mugger was Vinny's boy. Buddy's comments implied Quinn and Vinny being in competition with each other. When he says that Quinn could be making more than him if she just looked at his operation. So I can see Vinny trying to screw Quinn where he can.

I immediately thought of Vinny, too. But on second thought I was a lot less sure.

Vinny is openly discussed with both Riona and Buddy, so clearly they know he's involved in the drug trade. While it's true that both of their comments could be seen as Vinny being a competitor, if that is the case I have to wonder why neither Quinn nor Riona would mention Vinny as a suspec. After all, it should be just as obvious to Quinn and Riona, too. But they never seem to consider the possibility.

That made me think that maybe Vinny is seen more as a "friendly" competitor to them. It would still fit the dialog, but it explains why they don't suspect him immediately. (This doesn't mean Vinny couldn't be behind it, just that his motives are less obvious than being a rival.)

As for the actual mugger, the person his jaw most reminds me of is Anthony - though I sincerely doubt its him.

Yeah, that could be why they don't suspect him. Vinny could be Quinn's big blind spot in the upcoming episodes.

Okay. No one knows what happened to Rox. The most common theory is that he's dead or in prison. He could have just disappeared due to a traumatic event that may have woken him up.
There's been a lot of speculation about this recently, regarding Quinn and Riona.

Let's say, for example, that Rox lost a loved one to coke. And now he wants to save his Quinn from the same or similar fate.
Riona has the feeling that she is being shadowed. Why not Rox?

But as I said, it's just a theory. It may or may not be so.

Because even if Quinn couldn't have made out his features due to the hoodie and rain, she would've recognized her own father's voice. The mugger speaking and at such close range ruins any possibility of it being Rox.

3 options.

1. he deliberately changed his voice so Quinn wouldn't recognise him.
2. if they haven't seen each other for years, Quinn's memory of Rox's voice could have faded.
3. if they haven't seen each other for years, Rox's voice could have changed. The guy in the picture doesn't look like he's lived a life of wealth.

2 and 3 are pretty weak points. 2 in particular. Its not like dozens of years have passed. And unless Rox went through some unrealistic massive physical fuckery, his voice shouldn't change all that much either.

I'll give you 1, although its still weak. Unless Rox is now a master of voices or something.

I think we can rule out a student on the basis of the second picture. The guy is older than any student.

He misses at least 1 shift a week because he's so fucking crippled he needs to go to the hospital for his constant fucking pain. And that's gonna be all of us. This job takes that much of a toll on your body. And somehow it's better than being a sex worker? They ain't gonna be crippled at 50. Their job doesn't wreck their body like my job does. Jesus h. f....g christ you hate yourself as a porn consumer after watching those. And there are accompanying articles and European Commission reports and a whole black hole of academia you can fall into after that, looking into the matter.

Porn is an incredibly low paying (in relation to the money made by producers) job for the actresses, in the cost of a whole lot more than the time they put into it. Average turnaround on an actress, if they do not get super popular, is about a year.
