Are you me? I also always end up falling for either Sage or Bella. There's just something really magnetic about them both. Sage has really good chemistry with the MC. And Bella's storyline is very compelling. Watching her slowly give in to her desires and open up always gets me.

The most humane way to reject the girls is to do it at the beginning of an episode for example episode 6 and use the scrappy mod then start disabling the routes until making the routes separately for each one
