I've been having some issues with the game for a few days.
Every time i start it it just crashes, I don't have any MODS installed or anything.
I even downloaded the whole game again. After that it worked fine then the next day same issue, after starting it it just crashes.
This never happened before with me playing any of the other episodes or anything, just started this week
I don't click the screen or do anything while the game is loading either
I honestly have no clue what it could be

Any idea what could be causing it or resolutions. (My PC can easily handle this game so its not PC capability related)

Well, when I finished playing chapter 7 (M&J Path) I found out that Jill finally had a lewd scene and so excited I went to unlock that scene and when I saw it it was the most disappointing that DPC could give us

I gotta agree with episode 6 and 7 at the top of the rankings for all the reasons you listed and more. DPC has only improved over time with the quality of the episodes, that's why I'm so hyped for episode 8. There's so much about 6 and 7 alone that really makes the rest of the episodes hard to discuss in comparison except as footnotes to what's being revealed and resolved now. Things like Hell Week, which Derek himself shows some nostalgia about, is really a footnote to the actual conflict with the DIKs being rebuilding the mansion that's bringing everyone together to ultimately culminate in the best party of the story so far: Halloween. The freshness of cleaning our room up and finally having a place to bring back girls to, the character growth and confidence the MC is showing in his individual relationships and as a leader, the romantic progress we see with every girl we love - even with 'side' girls like Quinn and Nicole. These are the real things we'll be nostalgic about as the story progresses.

I honestly think with eps. 6, 7 and probably 8 that DPC has hit the plateau on the pacing and story, it's really difficult to imagine it getting better than this as far as quality goes, which is a good thing because the quality is really up there. Future episodes are very unlikely to reach the heights that rebuilding the mansion, gaining an actual room, having our first sex with Bella/Jill, and the Halloween party are bringing us to. With all those greater challenges resolved, the key for DPC will be to really focus in on the individual paths, split them off from the others because this isn't a harem game, and make them all satisfying in their own unique ways. Bella path dealing with her hidden issues and husband, Sage path with her family and graduation, Maya/Josy with whatever throuple issues, Jill with the concert and so forth. Obviously there will still be an overarching college narrative and the MC's leadership with the DIKs to keep things grounded and in common, but I expect and hope that the individual romance paths will step in to take the spotlight, because that's the only thing that can fill the void after the MC is fully established as a DIK.

Yeah even when you take into account taxes, game expenses etc there is no doubt he's made enough cash to live comfortably for the rest of his life if he's sensible. Plus he still has several more years of this game to go and the option to do another game if he wants to.

That's probably true, although I'm not 100% sure about that (by my calculations he's only earning $70 per hour).

But what if I decided you were earning more than you needed so I started stealing from you?

It's easy to say he's earning enough so he should just fuck off and accept pirating and all that, but he's one man (not a faceless company). He quit his job so he could work full time on this game to create something fantastic, and people are stealing from him. I get that he would want to stop them.

I'm not saying he's going about it the best way, banning someone for making a walkthrough is definitely a bad reaction. Banning anyone for making or using mods is also foolish (look at Skyrim, mods are what still make that game relevant even today).

But I still feel for the guy. He puts in a shit ton of hours into this game, he's delivering something the masses (at least the porn game masses) absolutely adore, and people hate him because he dares to try to protect his IP.

Personally, I don't care what he's like as a person. I just like this game. But I do find it absolutely fucking childish that a bunch of people who are stealing his game and giving him fuck all for it have such anger towards him because he wants to protect what's his.

Yeah agree with all of that, I don't know if DPC is necessarily being incentivized to hire anyone extra though. Patreon is gonna pump money into him no matter how long it takes, it wouldn't surprise me if updates in the future start coming out every 8 or 9 or even 10 months on season finales because of all the extra work of making separate routes for the girls. The logistics of separate routes can't be understated, that's why most games have moved away from them because it not only blows out the amount of planning and programming but also testing because inconsistencies on the story or technical side are incredibly difficult to pinpoint from the inside once you start juggling. We'll see how DPC handles it but winter may be coming as far as update times

Guys, let's share the episode ratings from best to worst for now.
1st place. Episode 6.
I love this episode, despite the fact that it has such an unloved DnG game. It's a pretty intense episode. It has a mini-game on the renovation of the mansion, an unusual DnG game with several endings and high variability (I still haven't opened all the endings), a very cool scene with Bella in the Tremolo room, a date with Sage or Jill, a date with Josy and Maya. Wow, a lot of things happened in this episode, you can't even remember. But most importantly, it was in this episode that Quinn opened up to us and the best sex scene of the series happened - with Nicole and Sandy.
2nd place. Episode 7.
Despite the fact that there is a rather boring freeroam in the library in this episode, this is a very good and interesting episode. The party at Hots was amazing, with interesting events and events, as well as hot sex scenes. The date with Bella was sweet and hot at the same time.MS declared himself as the leader of the Diks. We had good and heartfelt dates with Maya and Josy.
3rd place. Episode 4.
It was fun and stupid! Even though Tremolo ran away from Josy and Maya the entire episode . But he fucked a hot Sage. It was in episode 4 that the main intrigue of the series about Cathy Сluck began. Tremolo tried weed and fucked Quinn on the roof, and then there was a fun and atmospheric scene at the car wash. I love this episode!
4rd place. Episode 3.
It's just the culmination (or rather the QUINNtessence) of student life. Booze, strip club and hot strippers, fight,pranks and a lot of stupid things, group sex with Quinn and Riona. This episode allowed me to remember what stupid things I did in my youth!
5th place. Episode 1.
I can't say anything good and nothing bad about him. This is a usual pilot episode. It tells us about the main character, introduces the girls and the main friends, the main mechanics of the game.
6th place. Episode 2.
Despite the fact that there was a date with Josy and Bella in this episode, practically nothing happens in this episode. Hell week has not started yet, and the whole series we either follow the Chad or spend time boring freeroams.
7th place. Episode 5.
Okay, the beginning of the episode was funny (especially at the prep party), but Sunday at Bella's house was terrible. It's just really, really boring. But when it would seem that you survived Jill's ordeal, you come to the mansion and the episode ends.

That's a cool idea.
Now, for me there are two different ways to meassure an episode and the results are so antagonic that i need to different list: one is best porn, and the other is best in term of story.
Let's start fot porn:

1 place. Episode 7

I really like the free roam/party/orgy as a total porn experience. Besides ep. 7 has a lot of scenes and really long ones. Also the hottest animation of the whole game is Camila ass bouncing in front of the MC while Rhiona ass happy wait his turn next to it. Also Maya and Bella scenes where the best for their characters so far.

2 place. Episode 5

Again the same reason than episode 7, but it was also the first time he made the fr/p/o. Also we got to fuck Sage in uniform and we fuck her tits while she lay on her bed looking to us like if she was asking mercy. That was top notch. Also first full sex with Maya and that glorious Josy scene.

3 place. Episode 4

The first sorority tour, the closest we got to a foursomee in the sauna, Sage first full sex. Quinn on the rooftop. Good times.

4 place. Episode 6

Mostly forgetable but with some redimible qualities. Sandee Nicole threesome, one of the best scenes. Maya and Josy threesome also great. But Bella new hairstyle ruined that scene for me and the deception was so big.

5 place. Episode 3

From this point every episode was an improving from the previous one. Scenes were more frecuentely and bigger and also there is a progression from teasing to full sex. Episode 3 had that amazing threesome with Camila and Mona.

6 place. Episode 2

Not really much although Sarah scene was great.

7 place. Episode 1

Yeah well Camila blowjob but it was mostly dreams at this point.



In term of story however:

1 place. Episode 1

For me there is nothing more important in a story than the start. Its the very begining of a story who has to caught your attention or its over before it start. The story its the begining, then the end, then the rest of it. And the start is great. The MC character presentation (the stone from wich the story is built), the feeling of uncertanty (where to sleep?) that reminds me off my youth, the cliffhanger at the end of the episode (best so far)... It's perfect.

2 place. Episode 3

At this point DPC start to play a little with flashbacks, nothing great at the begining but it would become some of the best moments. There was some interesting character description (MC's past). Also the turning point at the end is once of the best turning points in the story (there was not a good follow but thats on ep4)

3 place. Episode 7

Although the porn parts take the lion part of the episode and some of the most likeable traits of the story kind of cool down (MC's pass from a crazy bohemian life to having a burgeiose three room bedroom and a TV), this episode got up on this list for the Jill scene at the begining and specially for the ending wich was the most beautifull part of the game. Quite touching and sentimental. Also some of the best jokes of the game (Tybault presentation i am looking at you)

4 place. Episode 6

Quinn scenes. Her past, her sex scene, the small detail of the fly over his head... It was really interesting... and important for an antagonist to be humanized, to get to see her in an intimate way. Some details were quite nice, like, even if we dont see her as a child, i mean visually, the focus it's still to show her most pure and inoccent side.
Also that intro of the MC and Derek walking into the college it's one fo the coolest scenes of the game. (due to the Friday Prophets song)

5 place. Episode 5

Mostly boring with little story progression. Porn was strongly the focus. Yet Rusty story was develop and Vinnie presented. This episode could be 6 but escalate one position couse we hit Tybault on the face. That was great. Also the moment with Derek throwing eggs.


6 place. Episode 4

Although MC crying for Maya "betray" was quite lame (DPC main problem is the follow of a good scene, the correct aproach were them being angry to the MC and not the oposite), the episode still has some nice things, like Maya and Josy flashback and the threeway path, unique of this episode. Also we got the mistery of Cathy pic, add mistery is quite important.

7 place. Episode 2

My first dissapoinment was the MC reaction to Maya electro shock. I hope we will had more conflict there, again, bad follow to a cool scene, a huge problem for most of modern drama. The main positive thing i can find about this episode is MC drunk scenes on Bella house.

I had this once. For me it was the antivirus software that put my game .exe into quarantine. Could be worth checking it.
