I think what he means is v0.8.1 but that is just a few hotfixes and can be downloaded as a small patch on its own.

IMHO the most rewarding, heartwarming and lovely of a all path choices, is Sage ending scene, also the Rooster leaf photo, and the texting with her. I love how naturally the relationship between the MC and she have developed, from merely sex and nothing else, to a deep connection, sharing intimates feelings and stories about their lifes. Best Candidates for Pregnancy:

1. Zoey. She's the only girl who the MC has universally fucked, so no matter players choice it's canon. With the time between her having left for San Diego and coming home she likely had the kid already, meaning if it is Zoey the kid is likely a few months old atm.

2. Ashley. Despite Derek asking her she won't break it off with Anthony, because "it's complicated". This would explain one reason why she's not willing to leave Anthony.

I don't see the point in a big update. It wasn't by chance that he separated the girls. Episode 8 was an exception and was the season finale, so the time spent on development was understandable. Yes, there will be a big party at the Diks mansion, but all the Tremolo girls can go to this party and it will be much more convenient to interact with them in one place than to create a new environment and scenes.
