Thanks!I'm seeding it actively at present. Other folks have downloaded it as well.
Yes, Zoey as the LI who won't take no for an answer is possible, and it's a role that wouldn't really fit any of the main girls (or Quinn, for that matter). But what exactly does that have to do with her being the MC's ex? As the Interlude just established, Zoey was hardly obsessed with the MC back when they were together. She might be more willing to call the MC out on his relationship to his face, but nothing suggests she'd be willing to ignore his wishes and 'make' him get back together.I think the role Zoey is designed to fill is one the other LI’s can’t. Say your or the Bella path okay Jill might be shocked/ upset but she isn’t going to intervene, Maya and Josy have each other and aren’t likely to find out in the near future, and Sage see’s MC as a bro. On the other hand, if on Maya and Josy path, Bella intellectually understands why they broke up, while Jill is friends with Josy and Sage sees the MC as a bro.
Zoey comes in completely outside that equation. She doesn’t care about the other women, only MC. That will allow her to aggressively pursue MC in a way other characters can’t. I don’t think that will mean we have any more or less choice. I don’t think we’ll have to do anything with Zoey (Other than socialise). She will want MC back, whether the MC goes for it or not is up to him.
even if true, that doesnt mean his overall story or various parts of its implementation/execution cant be flawed on their own just because "he planned it out already". there will always be weak spots in this story: the first majority agreed upon one was the M/J "break up" fiasco, and this Zoey Interlude appears to be the second majority agreed upon weak spotIs it really an extra if it was planned at the start? DPC doesn't write as he goes like most devs. The entire story from beginning to end was already written or at least storyboarded before starting BaDIK. So, nothing is really being added on the fly.
hey man, so I followed all your steps (including trying different locations to extract the files) but I don't see any saves at all on the Import page. Am I doing something wrong? Can you simply copy the save files from the last game?Download the Interlude installer - torrent some pages back by a poster named Thrway.
Install the interlude in a different location than your base BaD install.
Launch the beingadik.exe file in the Interlude install location and this will launch the game.
Click on the "Import" button in the upper left corner and it should auto-detect any Season 1/2 saves you already have so that you can import them.
After the import, go into the Load screen to load the game up and you're ready to go.
I don't think you can copy them as I tried that initially and it didn't work. It wasn't until I clicked on the import button in the interlude that I was able to have it detect my saves and then import them. Once they were imported I was able to play the game.hey man, so I followed all your steps (including trying different locations to extract the files) but I don't see any saves at all on the Import page. Idk if this is relevant but I have 0.8 from last year.
In v0.8 there are 2 separate save areas: the normal one where you probably have multiple pages of saves, and one that you only get to at the end of the episode where you are given a chance to save your path to use in future updates, i.e. the Interlude. Did you go through that step? If you did, then downloading the Interlude into a separate folder and selecting Import on starting should bring up your saves. The only thing that would prevent that would be if you deleted saves from both places where they are stored. Downloading over v0.8 would probably delete the first save area, but getting rid of the second area would involve an overt act, and knowing where it is.hey man, so I followed all your steps (including trying different locations to extract the files) but I don't see any saves at all on the Import page. Hmm that's weird because I tried that. And my Import is all empty.I don't think you can copy them as I tried that initially and it didn't work. You're fine with v0.8 - I was running the same version initially when I played the Interlude (and I have since updated to v0.8.2 just to make sure I have all the bugfixes for future playthroughs).
Just saw this, thanks. Great catch dude. This worked, I can see the saves now. Idk how I missed it, probably because it's been a while. In v0.8 there are 2 separate save areas: the normal one where you probably have multiple pages of saves, and one that you only get to at the end of the episode where you are given a chance to save your path to use in future updates, i.e. the Interlude. Now that is a good theory ! And if they would do so the probability would be very highAnd they pass each other by train.![]()
