A couple of thoughts about the interlude.
1)How much has DPC grown since the first episode. It feels like Interlude is a different game. I like everything about it, but especially the narrative design. Game design has always been the strongest part that I even had a suspicion that he worked in a computer game developer company, but here the game is no longer perceived as an ordinary visual novel, but something more. Small cutscenes, Zoey's diary, non-annoying and easy mini-games - it all damn well works.
Not to mention animations. I even got the impression that in some computer games animations and cutscenes are worse than in Interludes.
If episode 9 is of the same level in quality and normative design, then it is better to remove Milf City from the site immediately, since the fact that it is in the first place of rating of the F95 can not be called anything but a diversion.
2)The second point is that Pink really sold me Zoey. But I thought that Zoey was given a lot of time in the interlude, so maybe she is the most developed character at the moment. We know much less even about our love interests, whereas Zoey is a blank canvas for us. We know her interests, what connects her with Tremolo, her motives.
I would not want her role to be limited by the fact that she will become a romantic problem. She has been given too much time and effort for her role to be so instrumental. She could be the first girl accepted into the Dik fraternity, she could be Derek's girlfriend, or she could help solve the problem with Burke.
