You are neglecting chronological order in your argument. What you wrote doesn't happen until EP2 after the cum petition. The MC wants to know from Maya why she did it, and Maya says she can't talk about it. Why did Quinn say to Maya that she can't talk about it. The MC felt it himself that he was knocked out by a shocker? Oops. But he doesn't know that Quinn used that shocker. Even we as players don't find out until Maya tells the MC. This gives the MC the opportunity to warn Maya about Quinn, and Maya suggests herself, so maybe she can talk to Sage.

I imagine Quinn has known the MC for a long time, because in EP1 there is a scene of Quinn and Riona where you can tell by the look on Quinn's face that she just recognized the MC. Riona looks at the MC with some skepticism, but Quinn has a slightly astonished look on her face. Quinn is also cautious because she may know the MC and therefore knows so that the MC follows rules.

The scene you describe is important in that Quinn realizes that the MC has evolved in personality and thus has probably become more interesting to Quinn. It's only after that that the guitar is stolen by the MC. But when he gets his stuff back, there is a strong indication that Quinn knows the MC from before. She asks the MC if he has sex often. All 3 answers to this confirm one thing. That he doesn't have sex often. If the MC answers yes, Quinn doesn't believe him. If he answers no, Quinn says she didn't think he would be so honest. If the MC gives the third answer to the effect that it's none of Quinn's business, she says no to that. Does Quinn know the MC's sexual resume? Even we as players didn't know him fully before the interlude. As a result, Quinn offers the restaurant to the MC. The picture afterwards of Quinn is also good. She looks after the MC while clenching her fist. She's going to fight for the MC.

Quinn is definitely an interesting/fascinating character and sexy. Still, each player must decide for themselves whether or not the MC should approach Quinn.
I wouldn't say Quinn recognised the MC. Both are looking at him, most likely because they have been "servicing" Burke in the bathroom. I'd take it more as caution than anything else. It could be a lot of things.

Well that's a little overboard that I'm focusing on the real sandwiches instead of...

The most amazing thing is that at this point, only three female characters could know how many girls the MC had. Based on the MC's possible answers and Quinn's reaction to them, we could even draw conclusions about which girl Quinn got this information from or which girl she might have been talking to.[/COLOR]

Actually, the dialogue changes if the MC has a high dik score :

Also, I'm surprised you only did a M&J's playthrough. It would imply, you based all your theories on only 50 % of the game's content. Can't imagine what you would be capable of with all the paths done.

Maya wants to promise herself to the HOTs and Quinn accepts Maya and wants to have her in her restaurant at the same time. But this becomes so clear in the game.(y)

When Quuinn mekrt so that Maya is not as her first impression was uund Maya also still with Sage about the change of the mother spoke, Quinn wants to break Maya. Then later when Riona talked to Quinn, EP6 I think, Quinn takes Riona's advice seriously uand doesn't want Maya at the HOTs anymore. That's why Quinn insists on the three-way video to reject Maya and Josy as full sisters, because there's a danger that Maya might tell Sage about the Tuitions and make Sage curious. We know, so Sage will take care of the matter and won't let go, which could later also bring Mona back on screen, allowing Sage to find out all about Quuinn's machinations. As Riona said so well to Quinn? Checkmate.(y)

It's a strange thing. I only play the Josy and Maya path, but understand the game better than you.
You had a drink or two ?!
It's Stranger Things btw :p:ROFLMAO:

Isn't that Quinn interaction different based on your affinity, or status, because I can swear that she believed my DIK MC when told that he was getting laid and she just says, 'Ok, then I have an offer for you.'

Edit, nvm didn't see it was already mentioned. Move along :)

Quinn isn't really as smart as she thinks. She screwed up with the girls she was trying to recruit and she's screwing up with the drugs they're in debt. Then Lily totally figured out what she was up to straight away, Lily will probably come in and take the presidency plus the drug dealing from underneath Quinn.
Despite Quinn's malevolent side, I love the depth of the character. Setting a call girl and drug ring within the college takes some effort and risk; she was able to use the HOT sorority as a cover behind Sage's back - which is not flattering for the latter and leads me to believe that the President is turning a blind eye on purpose.

Quinn now wants to serve the strip club, and Lily, already familiar with this kind of business, can facilitate the move... if she gets her cut.

Such ambition will lose her. It's not in Quinn's redemption but in her fall that the main character will find an important part. This is pure speculation, but I feel that a major event is needed to break the last lock that keeps her from opening her heart fully.

I think she is as likely to catch a bullet as go to jail..honestly.
Drugs should not be made to seem to be an easy business.
Peace
It's just weed. Quinn is not some kind of Scarface or Heisenberg. :ROFLMAO:.
she is actually an extremely small fish, the worst can happen to her is police scare her enough, to give up her suppliers.

People can like Quinn or not, find her interesting and think her character has depth or not, but no one can convince me she is playing 4D chess. She regularly misjudges people and if it wasn't for the sake of upholding her plotline, her cardhouse could've (or should've) collapsed multiple times by now.

I see there is a whole conspiracy theory here that Quinn knew MC, went to the same school with him, she knows Zoe or other MC friends before university. It's not obligatory. Quinn is an excellent psychologist, she understands people very well. She, by facial expressions, conversations, gait, actions, determines who is in front of her - alpha or pussy. When MC goes to the restroom and first meets Quinn and Riona, she gives him an appraising look - "reads a person". Her phenomenal ability in "mind games" is amazing. Maybe even her college major is psychology. The CIA would have come up with such a specialist - a cool spy would have come out of it. She easily understands with such an MC she is dealing, this is a DIK or "good boy".

And her games with Maya. I'm sure she realized that in front of her is a CHICK girl, although she dresses like a "whore". She was interested in testing Maya and giving more difficult tasks - this is part of her perverted game with people. Yes, she is a control freak and a manipulator, she easily finds pain points in a person.

Quinn realized that Camille was the right fit for her restaurant. And it's not that Camille is fucking hot and sexy. (Sexiest of the HOT newbies in my opinion) She's mentally not very strong, doesn't have much will power and Quinn figured it out. Therefore, she put up a job in a restaurant as a condition for entry. A girl with a stronger personality like Sage or Elena would tell Quinn to go fuck herself. And how easily does she fool Sage? Sage considers her a friend, says that they understand each other without words. Quinn easily used Sage to organize a preps party, opened a brothel and a drug dealer station next to Sage, she does not notice anything. Without knowledge in psychology, this is impossible.
Get a grip, seriously. :HideThePain:

the issue is that every girl's narrative is flimsy and weak if you take more than a cursory glance at it. Quinn isn't the exception to the rule, she merely is the rule of DPC's drama factory. The blackmail with Jill is cringe as hell and makes no sense that she cant just tell Tybalt to fuck off, Maya's finance situation makes zero sense if examined logically, Sage's relationship with Chad and the accompanying drama makes little sense if they have been together for years and don't do anything intimate ever, etc. I could almost argue that Bella's mysterious issues are the presented the best so far, but that's only because we literally know nothing about them yet lol. As soon as DPC reveals the "true" reasons, they will likely be just as weak and full of holes as the others.

everyone's plotline is upheld merely for the sake of the dramatic/twist filled story DPC wants to tell

I very much agree with you on this, in fact honestly although I like the game I don't find any real "Waifu"

I like Sage a lot as a character, I consider her one of the most complex, but the "rebound guy" parenthesis is lame, and the twist of the parents really botched

Aesthetically I like Bella very much and after Sage she is the one with the sweetest moments, but her friendship with Jill is terrible, she is the worst friend imaginable

about Jill I like the maturity and moral compass, but even leaving aside Tybalt's blackmail (worst story arc in the game so far), her "prima donna" attitude is quite tiresome.

Maya has a good, consistent character, it's just that this loan story, besides being quite "fanciful" is too predominant, practically the whole first part of their interactions is dominated by the loan dictat.... i think is a bit too much

Josy's story is limited to the first two chapters, from there on she is a secondary girl, with more scenes, some excellent, but a decidedly less interesting story than Quinn, Riona, Nicole, Lily etc...

I honestly don't know why people keep believing this. I don't know how much more clearer the game needs to drive the point home that Sage is completely oblivious to every shady thing Quinn is doing. She's made out to be this intelligent, clever and charismatic leader but is apparently quite gullible with regards to the most shady person in her sorority who she's known for a while

Now imagine if I had played all the playthroughs. Shit, I don't even want to imagine that.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Joke asides, what's stopping you ? It's not just about lewd scenes, you're missing a shitload of information, meaningful discussions and character development not only with Sage, Jill & Bella but also with the most important side girls like Quinn, Riona, Lily, Jade, Cathy...

Since you like analyzing renders, scenes and quotes, you should consider playing alternate paths. ( Of course, you can totally skip any scenes involving the Madame. There's nothing to learn except for new ways to puke. ).

Ye, never said hers was the only line with holes or contrivances. How serious you weight each of them is individually different I guess. I personally don't really care about your examples, esp not about the relationship between Chad and Sage. Saying to Quinn "I don't pay for sex" and then not mentioning that to Maya of all people is, imo, on a completely different level. After 8 episodes, I've made peace with it, though.
Anyway, my main point wasn't really holes per se, but rather calling Quinn 'genius' or 'puppetmaster', when imo it's mostly plot working in her favour.
