I think there's two possibilities:
1) Quinn realizes she was wrong about the MC when she sees him with Jill. After all, if he is dating her, he's the classic romantic guy and we all know how she feels about that.
2) Quinn doesn't want to drawn attention to her, if Jill finds out he's seeing both her and Quinn, she may cause unnecessary attention to Quinn, we also know why she doesn't want that.

Yeah, I don't agree with your takes on the other girls. How do you know that the others girls wouldn't be down to go scuba diving, travel the world or do anal? I think that's utter nonsense. Her idea of a good time is relaxing with a good book, a glass of wine and some sandwiches. I don't give a fuck how good those sandwiches are, that is a boring time for a couple. Sage would probably be the most adventurous of them all and would be fiercely loyal to someone willing reciprocate the same sentiment. What we saw with Chad was the exact opposite. He brought out the worst in Sage.
Bella by far possess the best wife package of all the girls imo, she has/does it all. Her only real flaw is the age difference but to many like myself I couldn't care less. In a novel, characters are defined by their backstories. So yeah, Josy's lack of a significant backstory hinders her in this game. Her big issue was she had a falling out with her parents. But she resolved it. That's actually fucking awesome.
