To me that suggests we're still looking at a likely November release - early or late depending on just how how extensively the MC will bang two girls at once (so I'll be doubly disappointed if one of them turns out to be Madame!).
I'd really like to know how all these threesomes are going to fit in with the fact that our MC chose the "monogamic" way at the end of episode 8 (unless you chose "others", of course).

:unsure::unsure:

Is DrPinkCake telling us that we had better chosen the massive DIK path?

In general, I would say start with the runs of M+J with whom MC has yet to declare himself.

Sage and Bella only if you have made disasters (with Jade and Jill respectively)
Is Jill really going to be a problem on the Bella path though?

Especially if you didn't pursue her, sure her catching her best friend riding her crush is shitty, but on the non-romance path I thought MC made it very clear that he wasn't interested in Jill. I really hope DPC doesn't force it just for the sake of the drama. But also judging by the Bella preview and she's smiling, the Jill talk probably doesn't end up in disaster.

Sage and Jade though on the other hand is more complicated. An MC that didn't pursue Jade practically has nothing to worry about and I don't think Jade is that petty to make the life of her daughter's boyfriend miserable just because her advances were rejected. MC who pursued Jade and showed the video to Derek on the other hand is pretty much screwed up, like I don't see an easy way out of that one.

the way the eighth chapter was written tells you that Jill cannot be a problem for Bella:
-Bella knows you were dating Jill, it's no secret
-MC and Bella talked about the relationship with Jill and at the first opportunity MC will talk to Jill about her opportunity

but we are talking about DPC so I am concerned about Bella's reaction even if we never kissed Jill

also about the MC/Jade/Sage triangle could be all smoke and mirrors, thrown in just to build an interesting chapter ending (as if Maya's fate is not enough)
Should Jade tell her daughter that she cheated on her husband to have sex with a student? for the sole purpose of revenge? bah...
for Sage that MC had sex around I don't think is news, if she found out about Jade this would more definitely destroy her relationship with her stepmother (with whom she already has no particular emotional connection) than with him.

if video is involved that's another story, but it's more about Jade and Burke than Sage

But again, we are still talking about DPC so....

nicole? oh yes. cami? ABSOLUTELY. zoey? I'll reserve judgement until I play an episode where we (as fuckface) have some real interaction with her
but I'll never be weeaboo or pedo enough to even remotely like riona or lily
I feel you, for me it started like that too. It changed with Lily because she is such an obvious working girl professional, due to DPC inconsistency with looks she moves between sexkitten jailbait and jaded 29 year old pornstar old acting like a 18 year old doing professional college girl porn. DPC have really nailed that shit down as the episodes got released. Her introduction was for my personal tastes a bit iffy but now I just see the jaded professional not giving a shit about anyone really but herself. Well something like that.

Riona I disagree with, i dont see the weaboo at all there. Her character have no traits besides being asian that links her to the tropes imo, if there are please enlighten me. Ontop of that her character development that just keeps expanding.

Its a crime that Quinn, Riona, Cammy, Lily and Nicole are not the LIs in their own game, instead they are sidechicks in BaDik.

Relax, 3 more episodes after this one.
i wonder whats next after BaDIK... considering he that he only mentionned 12 episodes.
Or will he perhaps continue later adding more seasons.
Didn't he mention 14 episodes ? I mean 12 is the more plausible number considering how much the development time increased after each episode. I do hope he has enough time to flesh out the story because as it is right now it still feels like we are only at the start and we barely advanced the plot.

That really doesn't explain the "fuck, fuck, fuck!" in the end of the episode though. You could say it's another line of text that DPC used as a scare or for the sake of drama, but if it is, I think he's overdoing it if it really leads nowhere.

Bella goes to talk to Jill as we already saw in the episode, I don't think she and MC are intending to hide their relationship, except maybe B&R. The bigger elephant in the room on Bella's route, that hasn't even been addressed yet, isn't Jill - it's James. Like we know nothing of the guy other than he's gone for significant amount of time and we don't know that much about their marriage anyway. If Bella is still married to James, that would cause significant issues in the future if they get a divorce. But I would point out that she has no risk of losing her home - it's inheritance from her parents and that is not a subject to equal distribution, so it's not considered a marital property. It's a separate property, belonging solely on the person who inherited it i.e Bella.

Personally, I don't find Jade to be that stupid to put her own feet in hot water by starting working against MC. Like if it revealed that she had an affair with a student while married, that would mean the end of her career. Besides, I got the impression that the relationship between Sage and Jade is kind of rocky for some reason, so the video leak would put an end to it. And if Stephen divorces her, Jade definitely loses due to the divorce being on basis of adultery.

And besides that, it's not in Jade's character to screw over Maya anyway. If Maya reveals that she's an oppressed lesbian and hiding her relationship from her father due to his perception of it, I don't see how Jade will not agree to help her. She's always been this advocate of feminism, so such a sudden shift in character is going to be weird.

BaDIK isn't going to be completed in 12 episodes, that's the end of season 3. There's another season after that (despite Arigon's claims to the contrary).
Is Season 3 also going to be four episodes long?

A: My current plan is that Season 3 will consist of the Interlude and episodes 9,10,11, and 12.
DrPinkCake has stated (on Patreon) that the Interlude comes at the halfway point of the story. There will be a Season 4, which should end the game. A total of 16 episodes plus interlude, and maybe separate epilogues. Unless there is a long time break somewhere along the way, that would put the end of Season 4 at about the end of the first semester.

among the big twists at the end of the chapter which ones were then on balance really effective?

as an effect I would say the only one was the one in the third chapter, which, however, was central to the plot
the others big shocks with very limited consequences, sometimes quite ridiculously (Maya's control freak father who believes his daughter is staying in a mixed dormitory...)

I, too, believe that Maya has nothing to fear from Jade, both because this would turn her into the most negative character in history and because it simply would not make sense.

we'll see what happens, although given the premise (a huge free roam, threesome like it's raining, starting point for Zoey...) it's looking like a pretty empty chapter from a story standpoint

Don't worry: he will milk the cow till the very last drop. Till The Very Last Drop. Therefore, yearly updates cycle, lots of Dungeons & Whatever scenes, interludes, restaurant girls and so on, but still people wondering who the damn posted Cathy's pic and who the damn sent Arieth's pics to the Jocks after years.

Wondering what's next after BaDIK? seriously, dude: it's like wondering how's the Afterlife when you are 15.

I'm not sure Milking is the proper description, considering that even from the very beginning he was honest about that this gona take for a long time. even The very early estimates from him was around 14 -16 episode, wich later went to possible 20 .
If he works 4 more years on this project then that is around 7 Year full development, which is almost a proper triple A game development time, and they have 10-15 hour of gameplay may be less, because lots of them are cutscene :p :ROFLMAO:
So If and When, the game is fully finished, it has the potential to be beyond 30 hour at least of "gameplay". I almost Envy those peoples who in the future gonna play this for the first time, from beginning to end.
It's gonna be a phenomenal experience.
I remember how amazing was for me, when I started, it was before episode 3, I played the first 2 episode just before days of the release of episode 3, then I re-played all the 3 episode.
Since then, I played from the start not once , I once lost all may saves, and I redo everything from scrach, it was amazing

although our experience has the benefits of being part of a Fandom, during the long down times. :ROFLMAO:(y)

It already took me about 25 hours to play through the first eight episodes for the first time. Careful reading of dialogues, mini-games, search for all renders, phone content... In fact, you can be lost in game by two or three days right now. I expect that the full game can take 50-60 hours.

Bella dominated the eighth chapter, flashback, two personal scenes and two huge sexual scenes

there is a danger that it slows down for futile reasons like Jill's pouting
I don't think so, because of "Branching". Even if all the side girls won't get much screen time, in the future, The Five main girl will have to have equal amount of content. That is for sure.
It can't be like "city of broken Dreamers" where, you have to wait 2-3 update cycle to have a Kate scene. In the end of the Day this is rather a " Slice of Life " Game than anything else, the interaction between the characters will always have more priority.

With 6-7 month of development time, He can't be really like, " Hey, Bella only have one scene, wait an another year for more " :ROFLMAO:
so Some sacrifice will be made, and they will be the Side girls, " I think Quinn, Rio, Lily, and Zoey are gonna be the main side girls, for the "others path". And how muh of screen time they get, will be rotated between them.
