In the math class minigame, one of the clue says "It is = 3 steps away from >=1 *blue sphere icon*" What does >=1 mean here. There are two blue spheres in the puzzle.
At least 1 blue sphere. So you can cross off all space that are not exactly 3 spaces from at least 1 blue sphere (if you only have 1 diamond to place).

If you mean if it works for the couch scene, then yes, it does. If you only got a handjob from Jade but never fucked her, you can still get the couch scene with Sage.
Just tested this. Not true.

ep3_accepted_jade must be False for the "I love you" and couch scene.
ep4_toldDerekAboutJade has to be False too, which it should following the above choice.
tc can't be more than 4 and her RP has to be 22 and over.

You don't need to choose "vanilla" in Episode 9 to get the "I love you" Sage scene.
You can have all the requirements for the alternative scene with Camila, including the dots points.
You just have to turn that down after you leave the party, at Bella's house, with the "No" instead of "Let's do it," when talking to Sage, after the beer pong match with Bella.

It's LITERALLY not. Do you think someone like Stephen wouldn't consult with lawyers and a lot of his associates before deciding to divorce Jade? He had the divorce papers getting ready probably for a long time before he delivered them, most probably. So no, the video had nothing to do with the divorce, nothing AT ALL.

The thing that most probably happened is that Stephen just made a new strategy with his lawyers to add the video as evidence so he could keep most assets. Once again, as far as we know, he received the video around the time of the ending of episode 8, he probably had already decided that he would divorce Jade before that and had a draft of the divorce papers prepared... he wouldn't just decide to divorce her and do it in less than month. That's not Stephen at all.
I actually wanna see how it will play out because on that route will be far from over. I think in both cases Stephen will get a raw deal out of the divorce.

Im not expert in USA law, because i live in the EU but what i've heard from friends and former classmates i got there, it won't be easy for him, first evidence does not matter, how you obtain it does, pretty sure he get it illegally. Thanks to the video he can allege and file for at fault divorce( we don't have such things anymore, at least not from a civil law point of view in most EU countries), but then again, shitty evidence. I think the video won't matter but who knows, wish to see if the dev will make his research on this one.

Yep, Big reason why I'm considering doing an others "feelings for Maya" palythrough. Josy fell off so hard as a character for me this lasts few episodes, not even threesomes with Maya can save her. Also, if Josy were to break up with Maya only for the latter to get with MC it would be hilarious to me.
For me, BaDIK is not about lewds at all, they are secondary. Only characters and their stories can make me emotionally connected.

It's literally yes. And don't make me break more gramatical rules :KEK:

Irrelevant.

The key moment that triggered everything seems to be the conversation with Maya. The fact that he knew about the video earlier and it wasn't the straw that broke the camel's back doesn't mean that it didn't play a role.

Edit: It was at ep 6 ending and not ep 8.
Yeah, I agree with this reasoning, at least partially. He was probably planning the divorce for a long time, but I think he set it in motion in episode nine calling Priscilla.

I think you're missing the point. Stephen & Jade get divorced on any path. Whether you have sex with her or not. If they get divorced only on a path that has you have sex with Jade & share the video, then your point is valid.

The divorce is canon. MC having sex with Jade & sharing the video with the DIKS is not. You can come up with whatever head canon you like for why Stephen decides to get a divorce. But Stephen divorces Jade regardless of how much time you spend with Jade. The consequences of the video are only related to the divorce split.

I think that Priscilla bitch was related to the loans he was giving, because he talked with Quinn in the next day in the school I think and Quinn left his office completely furious.

Agreed. It's a shame I only started understanding the full charm of the game over time, because by then, I had already become a slut, slept with everyone and everything, while also getting myself tangled up in relationships. Well... I don’t regret it, though.

The legal aspects are irrelevant - he's not telling Jade that he plans to use it as evidence in divorce proceedings, he's telling her to agree to the uneven asset split or he'll use the video to destroy her personally and professionally.

I know the charm and still become a slut no matter the route I follow, there's no shame

No offense but to not think about the plot too much here you are trying to prove every point being made wrong.
What point about the plot am I trying to prove wrong?

I may be wrong but you expect something like a Baldurs Gate 3 agency, plot writting and character development from a single AVN developer, you won't find it.
Never played it. But I expect stories to be consistent and logical. It doesn't matter if it's AAA or a short story. I have what are called standards.

"Oh but grarg! This is just a porn game!"

Yeah. And it's a visual novel that relies on storytelling for us to have drama over characters and their plots. I don't care if it's also sexual and comedic. So if the writer screws that up, we should be able to point that out.

And what's wrong with pointing out flaws? Good for us. We can all have a laugh. I'm surprised this thing got as big as it did.

Also im pretty sure you downloaded ep 11 the same day it dropped and im sure you'll do the same when ep 12 drops, maybe you enjoy the game more than you would like to admit?
Nope. Had to wait for scrappy's mod.

I didn't say I didn't enjoy it. In fact, I do enjoy pointing out all it's flaws. Sage is still great. Party Planner is a fun puzzle game though. It's everything else that's a huge disappointment.

as said before in my personal and even professional experience, it makes sense for me, however if you think all it takes to tear down a criminal scheme it's 1 police report without any plausuble evidence, you are far from the truth.
I've discovered many people have subjective opinions which are quite entertaining.

I think you need to look up laws on prostitution in the US, and how easy it is to get young adults to crack under pressure. Especially when you've got wild frat parties where drinking, drugs, and sex are frequent, where there's plenty of culture and history of.

Enjoy the game, but remember it's still an unfinished product, and it has longer and longer dev time, that's the actual and core problem.
Ah, the apologist attitude. "Don't worry; dev will fix everything and all your questions next release." Seen that a few times. Laughed hard.

And as I've stated in my rating and other comments, DPC needs to cut the fat. Get rid of all these Others, get rid of all these new and extra LIs. Focus on what we've had for years, the main paths, and bring that to a boil. Quality over quantity. Which is the opposite of what appears to be happening, as he's fleshing out more characters, not less, which oddly also seems to go the monogamy route. (And I don't see a harem route.) But unfortunately, he's doing that with almost everyone, like new characters (Tara, Tiffani, etc.) while neglecting others (Jade, Cathy, Quinn, Riona, Nora, etc.) This is nothing new to AVN, but something that keeps BAD from being the best.

Instead, it's simply the biggest. Quantity over quality. Broken clock and all that. We can agree the dev time is an issue, but it's the classic example of scope creep, and not having a plan, and, now trying to appease everyone.

And why wouldn't he? He's got all the time and money he wants.
