I don't think it is. there too many branches on other path. I believe best way is take ep8 finished save with others and just import it and work your way from there starting ep9

What do you miss if you go for DIK, neutral and CHICK affinity? I know you miss out on Maya, Josy and Jill if you are DIK and I think you miss out on Quinn if you are not DIK but I might be mistaken.
Anything else? Or is it objectively best to go for neutral affinity unless you want Quinn? Does CHICK affinity even give you any benefits?

You can still go DIK with Maya and Josy, as long as you're NEUTRAL or CHICK during the talk in the DIK library in episode 4.Quinn has a couple of checks for which you need to be DIK and not on the throuple or Jill path. After the final check though (which I believe is in the school library in episode 7, the one where you go to campus grounds and see Liv and Matt kiss), you can change your affinity to neutral. Unfortunately CHICK Quinn isn't an option.
Jill is a special case. During any "normal" playthrough (so if you also go after 1 or more other main girls), you can't choose her in episode 8 if you're DIK. However, if she is the ONLY main girl you are on the path with, you CAN choose her in episode 8, but she will reject MC. This will also cause some unique lines in episode 9. This rejection puts you on the Other route.

DPC pretty much just uses Daz iirc for rendering. I could be mistaken though, a few AVN Devs also use things like Blender for scene touch ups and lighting. However he does have, like, 9 pcs all with 4090s slaved to one PC. Or something ridiculous.
