You can not get with Bianca without Jill or Bella, there is really no way to get to know her and build the rapport between you two with the ski trip. You can cheat on both of them with Bianca

Well that would have been difficult, because of multiple reasons:
- the side girls are to involved and fleshed out
- the pace of the story would have needed to be different
- Sage and Jill would graduate --> how would they stay involved?
- the story would have needed a more mature approach, not this American Pie-/Blue Mountain State-esque style

You know what I might drop the college setting and put it in school - Might get 7 years out it rather than 4 that way.

I admit that it would be pretty uncommon to spread epilogues out over multiple episodes/DLC, but it has been done before (I can think of 1 game but they charged money for the final epilogue dlc). Considering how many endings there could be however it could be expected to spread them over at least 2-3 epilogues/packs. What I currently think of:

- At least a DIK and CHICK ending per MG with probably a third independent ending based on TC. My guess is that NEUTRAL route's endings can be either the normal DIK or CHICK ending but maybe based on how many post-ep8 (or even total overall) major choices you made combined with your status
- 1-2 endings per SG that have a "confirmed" route
- Endings based on how often you had sex and with whom without ending in one of the above routes.
- Maybe 5 Zoey endings: 1 per switch from MG and 1 from others
- Maybe two "secret" fun endings: An extreme dark ending where MC comes a die-hard criminal like Vinny if you choose every DIK option (both major and minor), or an extreme positive ending where MC acts like an angel if you choose every CHICK option.

It's still possible that besides the already "confirmed" Bianca route and probable Cindy route, there will be more new last-minute routes added in episode 12 (Sally, Mel and Sarah come to mind, with if Sarah happens it will almost certainly be an open relationship)

Like Darkwen said, it could easily go to 50 and possibly even more.

I think it makes more sense with this game if there's a slow epilogue wind-down set of episodes than for most. There's enough content that after the main stories are wrapped up one by one (drug den, frat war, Bella's trauma) that various characters get a last hurrah.

DPC has said not all Others are going to get endings. We can make an educated guess at what girls will... Mainly Zoey, Lilly, Nicole based on the fact we can commit to them and Quinn because DPC sees her as the antagonist. Anyone else on the others run may be nothing more than a foot note in the ending.

Is Quinn an "antagonist in DPC's eyes? At this point I think they're more meant to be a "redeemed villain" archetype who is therefore the most likely to get burnt in a house fire.

I don't know what her status is now to be fair, but Im fairly sure he has thrown around the term antagonist when discussing Quinn

It's the first Status update for episode 12. Let's go !

While not at full speed, I've been cooking things since episode 11 was wrapped up. Today, I will share the progress that has been made since then and bring you up to speed on the development.

As you know, episode 12 is the final episode of Season 3. After it is completed, I will work on bringing Season 3 to Steam and GOG. During this development cycle, I will work on tasks related to the Steam/GOG release. I have already coded the Steam Season 3 achievements and created all the art for the icons. I may decide to add some more achievements later, and at the moment, there are 45 of them.

Season 4 will be the last season of the game, and it will be a standalone executable. This means that you will export saves from Season 3 and import them in Season 4, which should feel familiar to you by now. As this is important to get right, I started working on the export/import functionality a few weeks ago and brought it up to speed with episode 11. Every new variable that I create in episode 12 will be added to the export functionality later during development. It was a lot of code to write and manage, but most of the heavy lifting was done. I will have to do thorough testing of this later to make sure it works as intended.
To keep PCs up and running, I focused on episode 12 animations and lewd scenes immediately after episode 11 was fully rendered. I have had zero downtime when it comes to rendering. 57 animations have already been rendered, and I have 17 animations in the queue.
Lately, I have been planning the episode in greater detail, mapping it out, and trying to limit it. And I have also been writing a lot. Compared to episode 11, I've written roughly 26%.

In the near future, I will focus on writing and planning and pose more animations to build a bigger queue. Static render work will have to wait for a while.
Also, I have already added the mini-game code I need for episode 12 and updated what needed to be updated for most mini-games. I have some work left with Brawler and Party Planning that I'll see to at a later point in development.

I have written the code for all special renders in the Rewards app. The 2D art assets and the code are all in place, and the same goes for the Mixed renders needed for Pack Quest and similar. There will be two more special render sets in episode 12. Isabella is the last main girl to receive hers in episode 12, and patrons will decide the other Unknown slot in the Rewards app in a poll. I'm not going to talk too much about the rewards in Season 4 at this point, but it could be worth mentioning that this Special render poll might be the last poll of its kind for Being a DIK.
I'm still deciding which polls to use for episode 12. I'll let you know when I've made my decision.

You're all overthinking. In season 4, additional slots for side girls won't be needed. Spock DPC will just reserve one set for Cinderella while the love interests will all appear in a single set.

I don't know about either of them, but I think she's definitely done at B&R. I mean once Rio comes back her shady operation is blown right open.

There's a few reasons why she's not a MG, what kind of ending she's getting doesn't really matter to it.
