I agree, I guess it was to much work for DPC, but come on nobody select Derek on that decision so why not make a Jill path and probably those who chose Derek already chose her for Jill Path or someone else

Are you talking about the Crossroads choice at the end of Episode 8? You can't be on Jill's or MJ's path, they block Others.

You get closer to her, idk about fixing.

Until the game is finished, there's no way of knowing just how much of any of the decisions you make will effect the outcome of each relationship. It's really a good idea to just have a single playthrough for each girl you want to pursue and not mess around with anyone else during that run.
