Zoey should have been introduced earlier, much like how we only have random screens of Tara and others in S1 & S2, but they only become Others much later, due to Milked Bloat.

Nora is the Superior Bella.

Zoey is the Destroyer, unfortunately, because apparently romance paths mean nothing to DPC when ex-girlfriends figure out what they want, and "BAD" is to be taken literally and whimsically to all other girls.

I'm sure the MG's will all forgive the MC and their "slice of life/main plot" stories will go along just fine without any variation or discrepancies as a result of shattering their hearts...

I'd have loved Zoey to be introduced earlier but we have her now.

This thing about her being a destroyer is silly, it's completely up to the player if they want to be friendly with her and move onto her path at the end of ep11. Non of it is forced so I don't get your point. You can make her a 'destroyer' but that's your own choice, still more interesting then Nora XD.

Besides being another classical porn game, it's a slice-of-life story talking about all kinds of families and how they intersect with each other: broken and dysfunctional families, biological and adopted families, found families etc. The MC, main girls, many side chicks and other characters have their own stories of their families. Then there's fraternities, sororities and new friend groups that act as found families. All of them have their own beautiful and ugly sides we get to learn or experience.
True, especially the found families part. Most of the scenes where the DIKs work together as well as the scene at Bella's house if you succeed in stealing the papers are good examples of this.

I hate every minigame except the ones where the rest of the DIKs are involved :LUL:

She literally destroys entire relationships. Use whatever verb you like.

If all I'm going to hear is "it's your choice" arguments, I'll just stop reading this nonsense.

What should have happened:
1. Introduced much earlier.
2. If not, then on a non-Others Crossroads choice, she shouldn't have be allowed to break up an existing relationship. Meaning, if you chose someone specifically at Crossroads, you can't choose Zoey.

Why is 2 important? Because DPC specifically forced a choice on the player in Crossroads on what to do with relationships, including Others. You can blow this all away by simply being nice to her, and accepting her again.

Then again, this is called "Being a DIK". I thought that means "being in the DIK frat"; not literally a dick or an idiot who lies to women he's apparently serious about.

It seems like you want the decision in episode 8 to be final (unless the player chooses "others"), and the game becomes a linear narrative with a path to a certain ending. I don't think that would be interesting. Not giving the player the option to be a jerk diminishes the value of "correct" playthroughs.

Did it say anywhere that it could not be both? Of course, all the lieing you do is by your choice.

And if you are so annoyed about the choices in this game, by all means, make your own game, and let us see you do it better.

i just found out some minor choices from Season 1 & 2 have major impact in Season 3, Will the outcome change depend my choice or it will be same no mater what?
for example: if i decide not to show DIKs Sex clip of JADE there will be no Divorce at Season 3?

The divorce will still happen, but it has impact on what consequences it will have for Jade and MC. For example, if you're on the Others route and still dating Jade, you can have sex with her in ep 11 if you don't show the clip, but you will not have sex (and quite certainly end the route with her) if you did show the clip.

I love giving Zoey the name - Zoey the Destroyer. Very melodramatic as these VN's tend to be(at least the good ones.)
It should be looked at as a blessing that these types of characters/traits amass so much discussion from the fan base during our player 'interludes' between updates.

For me, I wish Zoey was introduced earlier as an active member of the story, but if you play enough of these VN's you see a very similar pattern among story lines of childhood friends/ex-girlfriends who popup later in the story.
I view it as serving the masses who remember someone from their own past who they wish things would have worked out differently with.

I think that's the mindset DPC went with in introducing Zoey. Along the lines of 'the one who got away.'
However, part of the problem is that very little of the fan base can realistically look at Zoey that way for one reason or another. (I know I can't.)

As for all the Nora stuff... well I avoid her at all cost outside of the classroom. Not my cup of tea. But to each their own. breaking-bad-walter-white.gif

I agree with point 1.

Why can't she be the cause of ending a current relationship? It happens irl, only makes sense for there to be that option somewhere in the game too.

"Oh no, a choice is forced on me in a game all about choices." Are you fr.

You can blow it all away by accepting her. Yeah, it's your choice to do that, you don't have too. What are you even complaining about rn XD.

But this is your choice, I don't understand why you're pretending it isn't.

You know who is a real relationship destroyer ? Jade. With Zoey, at least you knew what you were doing and what would be the potential consequence. We're aware of her real feelings since the Interlude and we know what she was hoping for since the very start of the third season. There was no trap. You could be an ass to her which would lead to an automatic rejection in the latest episode. Even whe she confronts you at the end of the panties party you can still reject her. She can only destroy the entire relationship if you allowed her to do so. There was no secret agenda, we all knew she wanted a second chance with the main character.

But with Jade, the first time we played we couldn't possibly know she would be Sage's mom and we couldn't possibily know that just having a handjob in episode 3 would haunt the main character for the rest of the game and prevent you to get the I Love You scene. That's completely unfair and rubbish. A single fucking handjob in episode 3 is about to destroy 3 seasons of relationship with Sage. When we all started playing for the first time who the fuck could have expected that having a handjob with one of the teacher milf would ruin your entire relationship with one of the love interest two seasons later ? :WaitWhat:No one.

We only comprehend the implication of having a handjob with the cougar after being completely screwed. Unlike Zoey, there's nothing you can do, no choice you can pick except for starting a new playthrough

Storywise I agree, but not when it comes to her character. Jade doesn't like it that you are or were (depending on route) in a relationship with Sage and even though she want MC to break it up, she doesn't do so by sexual/romantic means after she found out.

Zoey however is characterwise a homewrecker/relationship destroyer because (especially as DIK) she doesn't care that MC is in a relationship, and just tries quite "forcefully" to let MC end his current relationship and startone with her.

The biggest destroyer is the MC. Josy says she has a boyfriend, Maya says she has a boyfriend, Sage has a boyfriend, Bella and Jade are married, let's not forget Heather, Tara and others. Does this stop our MC? Of course not!;)
