Because you're trying to find a rational and plausible answer. But that's not something DPC really does despite him claiming he doesn't do lazy writing, he doesn't even try to make the plotline realistic.

Jonathan should have denounced Buddy and his crew years ago, after Lana's death. Of course he probably didn't know about Rox death but since he's aware that his former dealers have laced their cocaine with fentanyl why didn't he talk to the cops ? If he was so overwhelmed by guilt, he should have done it just to prevent that what happened to Lana wouldn't happened to any other potential customers. Buddy and his crew are still working at the same place 15 years later. Working as a counselor at a drug rehabilitation center, where he tells Lana's story and tries his best to make sure nobody else is harmed by them is fine but stopping the dealers who killed his girlfriend with their laced drugs should have been a priority. But apparently he was fine letting the responsible of Lana's death getting away with it.

Burke is a loaded guy, who could afford to offer himself a epic threesome with the restaurant five times a week but for some reason he chosed to have a silent quickie where he can be found out by his son, wife, buisness partners and colleagues, so basically risking everything. Jade shows us how its done, a motel where you can pay in cash and then you ravage that college ass all night and get your moneys worth. And even if Burke needs the "dangerous" kick, you take her 2 cities over and fuck her in public, but if he tried anything at the prep party, its just suicide. He does it nonethless.

Half of the drama with Sage and Jade happened because for something like two months, the MC never heard Sage's last name.

The MC is taking months to read his mother's diaries, apparently no more than 5 pages a day so we won't have a big reveal before it's convenient.

Dawe assaulted a teacher and can be seen distributing Cathy naked pictures many times in many place but nothing happened, somehow he doesn't get expelled.

I'd rather not talk about Maya tuition or Jill and Tybalt's blackmail because from a legal point of view, it doesn't make any sense.

The point is, if Quinn turned into a female John Wick or Bella suddently becomes a female Norman Bates in the next episode you shouldn't even be surprised at all

Have you considered that maybe Fuckface is just mentally-lagging after all those punches and kicks to the face over the years?

But in reality the thing is that BaDIK is not written to be realistic, it's an AVN version of 90s/00s TV and movies. It's in the same "realism" category as 90210 and Greek. There's also an obvious allusion to the latter given the main character of Greek is named Rusty.

If Cathy can help Jade she will. There would be no need for MC to persuade her to help Jade. Thus it follows that Cathy's word isn't good enough as Jade would win by default. This leads me to think that Cathy hasn't actually slept with Stephen. I know it's pretty heavily implied, but Cathy's testimony should be good enough by itself.

The video with MC isn't really about Stephen winning the case. He is blackmailing Jade into accepting the 90-10 split or he will ruin her career. It won't matter how much you can throw at him, he'll take Jade (or at least her career) down with him. And since it's hard to see how MC would explain that to any of the girls Stephen would also take down his relationship.

So in order for there to be a way to win on a run where you show the video there has to be a way to get the video from Stephen. Or you have to let him win. Or kill him.

For some reason, I think that to get the best ending in the game, we'll have to leak the video of Jade to the DIKs.

Simply sleeping with Jade means you aren't on J&M path and just fooling around with her in class shuts you out of Sage's ILY variant. Showing the video also blocks Jade's ep 11 scene. Hardly something that would lead to the best ending, though if you mean that purely subjectively then it's just a matter of personal taste.

I had a great week because it felt like it went by in a flash, and every day was shorter than I wanted.

I started by wrapping up work on a lewd scene and planned to continue to work on another lewd scene. But I ended up playing the episode and writing, and I went with the flow. I wrote more scenes and then started working on a big free roam event for the episode.

The free roam event will need a bunch of animations, which is why I felt I could start work on it. I spent one day planning it by compiling notes, outlining the flow of events, and mapping the layouts of the environments. To show you some behind-the-scenes, here is how this process can look on my end (all text has been redacted).



The free roam event has new environments, which is exciting, but that also means much more work. I have been working on the environment design for several days, and it's starting to come together. I have a few more areas to design before I can continue with the next step, which is dressing all the characters. All 87 of them. This is the biggest number of characters I've had in a single free roam event. Just dressing them will take at least two days, and I'm hoping to get a poll out of it, too.

After I'm done with that, I will start writing dialogue for the planned events and begin posing animations. I've got exciting weeks ahead of me, and I will alternate between working on this free roam event and on lewd scenes.

The animation queue I tried to build with the lewd scene I finished earlier this week is looking too slim for my liking. Hopefully, I can fix that next week. Oh, what a wonderful problem to have.

This week, I also finalized work on the special part of this project that I started way earlier in this development cycle. And I've also worked on the Steam/GOG trailers for Season 3—they are almost finished. I have locked in the episode 12 title and written a synopsis for the store pages as well. You'll learn more details about all of this in an upcoming announcement.

Oddly enough none of the three costumes I would choose can be suggested by the player, but they all get suggested and one of them wins by default.

Bella's mummy costume is the best costume. It just is. It is very appropriate that Bella wins by default on her path.

With the other two I agree with Sage. Nick and Penny have awesome costumes. He may be a fucking rat and she may have been involved in the picture spreading, but those costumes are awesome.

If I'm not allowed to choose Bella's mummy costume as it isn't default, the third place goes to Rusty's jester costume.
