I would add a note to this threesome scene info.
If you do this and get the threesome, you then don't get the scene at Bella's where Sage and the MC sleep on the couch and say I Love You to each other.
Instead Sage and the MC go to the HOT house and have sex with Cammy.
I would expect that they will do the I Love You in the future, but we can't know that yet - it doesn't happen the rest of Ep11.
Also, with this requirement:
- Get Quinn and Sage's threesome in Ep 8 and/or at least one scene with Camila.
- Quinn/Sage threesome is DIK affinity only.
- You can still get the threesome as CHICK but you need a Cammy scene as you note.
-- However, Sage finds out that you did something with Cammy.
-- When Sage is at the pool talking with Cammy and Heather before her date with the MC Cammy tells Sage that she and the MC did something. Sage doesn't ask what, and Cammy doesn't say anything more about it:

The only future reference I could find to it is when the MC and Sage are talking about a threesome with Cammy, if you messed around with Cammy previously you get slightly different dialog, hinting that she knows the MC did something with Cammy.
