If you do this and get the threesome, you then don't get the scene at Bella's where Sage and the MC sleep on the couch and say I Love You to each other.
Instead Sage and the MC go to the HOT house and have sex with Cammy.
I would expect that they will do the I Love You in the future, but we can't know that yet - it doesn't happen the rest of Ep11.

Also, with this requirement:

Sage said it was a one-time thing and didn't want Cammy to kiss MC, that plus Sage being a jealous girl, I'd say it will only be a problem if MC or Cammy make it one. Like if one of them floats the idea of another threesome, Sage could read more into it.

I just wanted to call out that you have to fool around with Cammy on the Sage CHICK route to get that threesome and that Sage finds out about it. I found this out the hard way since I was doing a fully solo/faithful CHICK run and didn't get the threesome option. (The Sage/Cammy threesome fits in a solo/faithful run because Sage makes it clear on her own that she wants to do that stuff and pushes Cammy to grind on the MC during Dots.)

Ok, so a question on the Others route. Been so long since I've played one I don't remember.
Are any of the side girls mutually exclusive?
I'm sure some are.
If some are and I am romancing both, does the game let me know and make me choose?
Or are some girls locked out if you are dating others and you just don't get an option?

My main interests are Quinn, Rio, Nicole and Cammy - though I'll go for others as well.
I don't want to mess around with Cammy, for example, and then 5 play hours later find out that it locked out Rio.

With all the damn free roams and events doing a shitload of individual Others routes would take forever.

Nicole/Nora in Episode 10, Nicole/Lily in Episode 11. You can see both, but Quinn and Lily don't like that you're with the other. Heather and Elena's lewds are mutually exclusive, so are Mel and Sarah's in 11.

This is just speculation, but I can't imagine Rio being happy that you're with Quinn in 12.
