Fact DPC slowed production in a significant fashion to add a little variety resulting in practically everyone bitching and moaning about it (it was already slow with the insignificant and clunky animations that is, yes, one of the biggest factor in this). And here you are, preemptively moaning about not having more side trash included which will most certainly slow production even more.

No, people are bitching because in every new update, three lewd scenes slot are taken by a real side trash that most people can't stand.

Sitting here all the time still gets boring, even when the game is fun. With such long development cycles, interesting topics for discussion quickly ends.
If waiting time will be 1.5 - 2 years, i doubt that i will stick here regular.

I got a really dumb question. So i'm thinking of redoing all my saves slowly a few chapters once or twice a week and take notes of them. As looking at my saves I can't recall a damn thing I did on them. Like which one I told Sage about Chad and didn't for instance.

So question is if I turn minigames off what does that do to the house management one. As I really don't minigames other than farming money off the phone and also the house management one when you repair it lol. I actually do not mind the party one

I delete persistent and saves before each update and remake my saves, to refresh my memory
It has become a ritual at this point, same way I used to rewatch GoT before each new season, thanks D&D for ruining that for me!

You basically have to pay attention only your first run and then, especially if its not your first time replaying the game, or have the skip unread text unticked, you can mostly ctrl the common path.

Edit: Almost forgot to tell that I am still the only maniac still only playing minigames on, probably even faster if you play with them off.

I understand what Dalli is saying, but it doesn't apply in this circumstance. If I can fuck Jill in one playthrough, she doesn't automatically become a potential sibling in another playthrough just because I didn't touch her that time.

Dalli believes each save is not only a different timeline/branching, but an alternative universe with entirely different personalities, backstories and fates.

Kinda like games with futa on/off, that also changes the backstory(obviously) depending, or other kinks deciding if you get the loyal gf, or the town bicycle as the backstory. I don't think DPC writes branches like that at all, but will see.

If DPC wouldn't have obsessed with these poorly thought-out and executed tertiary plot devices, that bring practically nothing to main story. If he wouldn't be wasting as much time on those, maybe he'd have more time to properly write the main Maya drama plot properly. As well as make the secondary plots (Sage, Jill, Bella & Zoey) acceptable. But as it is, I doubt even Disney (already kings of shitty productions) would ever want to get near a story like this, if the script landed on their desk.

So sure it makes sense to ask for more garbage...

The lack of MG storyline has less to do with other plots and more to do with the fact that he made them all boring. The MGs are written, except Sage and a little bit of Josy to appeal to the CHICK playerbase and boring is as boring does.

Spending more time on the Maya story would only make things worse, she's had far too much screen time already, and the fact that all she has to do is hide her relationship with Josy and there's no issue makes it far worse than the idiot girl who doesn't know what a student loan is.

Sage's story literally revolves around Quinn, without Quinn she's just a girl who's boyfriend was gay. Her parents are now getting divorced which is interesting but it will be far more interesting through Jade's perspective.

And speaking of Jade, she's what makes Bella's story feel weak in that Bella is the same story except introduced later and with an absentee husband instead of a character we know, which makes it weaker.

Jill has a dead sister and a drunk daddy, and Bianca is the only thing that makes Jill at all interesting. But you believe these others are trash so not sure what you find interesting about Jill.

And you bring up Zoey, literally reintroduced in episode 8, that's some late game trash using your logic.

And it's a good thing you didn't mention Josy because like Pinkcakes, I have nothing to say about Josy.

She has no place, and reason to be in this branch

Quinn and Lily has the most of content
Rio and Envy has good amount of content
Cammy has not enough content
Jade has more less content
Sarah+Mel toughter has few content
Nora and Cathy arent deserve to mention that few content
(at least i got this feeling)

the upcoming RTX 5090 wil have 32GB of VRAM, that's quite the upgrade from the RTX 4090s that DPC currently uses that "only" have 24GB. Also, they will have around 30% more cuda cores.

DPC already complained in a report that he was running out of VRAM while rendering some complex scenes, let's hope that means he will upgrade his hardware next year when the 5090s come out.

They should give him a bit more power, he wil probably waste most of it like he wasted the 4090s power with the 60fps animations, but even if it only speeds things up just a bit its something.

Also, not like he has a budget issue at this point.

If waiting time will be 1.5 - 2 years, i doubt that i will stick here regular.

I know the pain, love this game to the death, but the waiting absolutely sucks.

That's getting harder and harder. Sure, I've the worst spammers here on ignore too. But the thread is bloated anyway and one really loose the motivation to look into the thread and clicking through ten pages. What this thread needs is a mod who threadbanned some of the circle jerkers. I mean, why don't use an off-topic thread for waifu wars and meme competitions? I doubt the pictures were intended as a warning. For a warning you wouldn't send pictures, you would just say "Hey, you need to be more careful where you make out with your BF, I saw you at place XYZ." And Chad thought it was some sort of blackmail attempt, because after getting them he attacked MC.

right. it isnt the common way to warning. but its a game and i doubt if someone just say: "hey, i saw you, be more careful." will make him enough careful. so, pretty pointless thing to do it. like telling Maya to be more careful with Quinn. need somehing else.

as you said, Chad thought it was blackmail by mc. but we know, it wasnt from mc. so he is wrong. why should be the blackmail part true? we dont know anything (at least me) the photo sender asked something from Chad or not.
