In principle I think it is possible. Sancho made a live walkthrough for free roams. So he knows what the user should do at a given point. Once he knows that, he knows where the code jumps once the player clicks:
1) on the correct room in the navigation menu
2) on the correct character or object in that room
So ideally he can implement the correct jump/call without the user needing to perform the forced clicks.
At that point the dialogue starts and if it is already seen text it is skippable via tab key, while only new dialogues due to new choices is displayed.
I think Sancho did not this not because it is not feasible, but because he judged that it is too much effort.
I trust his judgement.
Actually Sancho mod gives you the opportunity to turn minigames off and on during playthrough.
But since Sancho is missing from here since last summer, I don't think we're going to have his mod for Episode 11.

Sancho provides a save fixer to use saves made with his mod on an unmodded game.
Until Episode 10 I have had no problem with it.
Using Sancho's save fixer I've been able to load modded saves on an unmodded game.
But who knows if DPC is going to put some anti-Sancho-mod code in next Episodes?
With Sancho mod you have a "auto drink" command. You click on it, you win the round.The drinking game is the worst minigame in BaDIK. The rest of them are annoying but this one is just hateful

I only played it when it was released last year then I didn't play anymore. Thew problem with you guys is that you wanna play this rubbish episode and game everyday lol. Give it a break, go do something else. I am pretty sure the next episode won't be that great either. I think at some point he got lost in the story since he has been spending too much time with the animations and stuff.I really wish he'd implement a map that can be brought up and collapsed with a button press; that has character icons to indicate where they are and that you can use to transport rooms. With an objective list to the side. Bringing up a room list or worse clicking the arrows while having to bring the phone up for objectives is just tedious. It doesn't need to be laid out like that except for rare cases like Riona's stalker where looking around is the point.
I get sandboxes are easier to write and lay out than a linear narrative when dealing with a mess of variables but there's no reason not to make it piss easy and quick to navigate for the player. QOL goes a long way especially on replays.

But the only way I can see it happening is Perma DIK affinity (since you need it for Quinn), and CHICK status.

Weird assumption on your part. I’ve played BAD exactly once since January and that was last month.
That aside, the sandbox navigation can and should be improved. While repetition makes it worse it's tedious whether it's the first time or hundredth time. Sandbox segments are also not exclusive to Ep 9. It's just not a good implementation and can be made both faster and clearer objective wise. Minimizing clicks and time it takes a user to do simple shit (when you can) is just good design.

What's the optimal scene maximizing strat for a chick focused playthrough? If I understand correctly, just maxing chick points isn't the best. Starting from episode 1 onwards.
Do you think women incapable of sweating during sex? That they wouldn't have a bit of a sheen to them? That is likely what DPC is going for, but hard to render that without it looking oily.

Trying to keep it in Normal so you can go over to Chick when needed, is a good strategy, or just in Chick so you can go to Normal.
