Weird assumption on your part. I’ve played BAD exactly once since January and that was last month.

That aside, the sandbox navigation can and should be improved. While repetition makes it worse it's tedious whether it's the first time or hundredth time. Sandbox segments are also not exclusive to Ep 9. It's just not a good implementation and can be made both faster and clearer objective wise. Minimizing clicks and time it takes a user to do simple shit (when you can) is just good design.

What's the optimal scene maximizing strat for a chick focused playthrough? If I understand correctly, just maxing chick points isn't the best. Starting from episode 1 onwards.

Trying to keep it in Normal so you can go over to Chick when needed, is a good strategy, or just in Chick so you can go to Normal.

There's unfortunately no chance that he will get it finished this year. Beta testing alone usually take 3 weeks and he hasn't finished the game yet. It looks like February or March is most likely now but if we are lucky it can be later January, it depends on how big the last animations he's rendering are.

About DPC's no spoiler policy, thanks to the previews and the fact that he said they will be 18 (initially 16 were planned), we already know almost all the sex scenes of episode 11:

So we have only two scenes left. If Josy and Maya get two separate scenes each, which could be realistic, then slot 17 and 18 will be theirs. That's all. For a comparison: Season 1, 13 months of development time, 29 lewd scenes (with higher count of static renderings). But hey, don't be sad, we'll have a big cutscene!

Fortunately he hasn't spoiled the mini-games!! /s

I don't think he considers sex scenes as spoilers by themselves. There's going to be scenes with all main girls now, we know that. But he treats things like costumes like spoilers.
