you can still get it, so the suspicion points is telling josy, being rude and being a dik in general. There is a guide on the number of suspicion points, I was able to do it even without being a dik like was stated before

Not telling Josy is what gets you the suspicion point and there's a lot of ways to get to six of them. If you were as rude as possible when meeting Patrick and Sage isn't there you start at four suspicion points. If it's a DIK affinity run, getting the documents isn't possible.

Being a DIK gives neutral impression and sometimes a negative impression. Essentially, if you go neutral affinity like I did, you would have +4, and would successfully have gotten the documents.

Since my options was sage wasn't there and confronted since neutral affinity allows for that option.

I did specify that it would be a DIK affinity run. And on Neutral affinity the Chick option isn't available if you fought the jocks or Tommy. (Technically the code adds fighting Caleb, but since fighting him is only possible if you fought the jocks it's a meaningless condition.)

Read the the entire post why don't you. Context is kind of important here. It wasn't that long.

Seriously what is so hard about this for you two?

There are ways to play the first two seasons so that you are guaranteed to get at least 6 suspicion points and getting the documents becomes impossible.

If you are too rude to Patrick, fight Tommy or the Jocks and choose the DIK option with at least four other major choices, you can no longer get the documents. If you are too rude and get permanent DIK affinity it's impossible even if you don't fight Tommy or the jocks. Yes it's possible to do that. You've even got room for one more Chick choice.
