The others already spoke my thoughts on the Riona question, so I'll focus on the part that gained my attention and seemingly no one else's. Are you saying that Jade alone can trigger the code for "potential"?

If we're following the Riona logic Spock drew up from reading my mind it means the character of Fuckface thinks there is a potential for a romantic relationship between him and Jade, and this is before the divorce papers are even written up. I know he can be a bit of an idiot but how does he see that possibility with all the obstacles in the way and the nature of their interactions?

It's not like with Bella with an absent and possibly dead husband, no kids to think of, and a best friend who is around the same age as her possible lover, who also has a well-founded friendship with the MC. Fuckface has barely any more meaningful social interactions with Jade than he has with the vending machine kid. Outside of class, all they really do is fuck like feral otters and then engage in some toxic af pillow talk.

Now that I've taken the time to write about it, I realize it's kind of inane and there's a high probability it won't matter down the line, but fuck it. This forum can handle my overthought discussion topics. We can always go back to the cycle of meme-offs and waifu wars, not to forget the unrelenting "where/when update", "how install", and "fix bug" posts.

To cap it off, does anybody see Fuckface and Jade having, not only a long-term but successful relationship arise after the divorce? For those who have played Acting Lessons, do you think it'll play out like it did with that MC's ex-wife?

I hope some random doesn't accuse me of white knighting, but I am constantly amazed. I have 15 paths all with 3 subpaths and often think I have seen everything. Then I'll play for a bit more and find a line like that I have never seen before. The detail to branching and dialogue pathing is up there with the very best.

in my favorite game had a counter. you have seen xxx renders our of the xyz renders
but dont tell it to dpc, because he will patch all episode to have this counter and it will be +6 months dev time.

I've basically created a guide for myself with all the money pickups in the game cause i don't play with mini games, and how to spend the money most effectively. i just have chapter 10 to go

I know... Just wishful thinking, but, you know, it would be subjectively different. Booty calls would make sense because the MC is "acquainted" with the girls, has this big room to himself, and has a big TV. It's something anyone would normally do if one could. The restaurant orders seemed more like a crutch to have sex scenes earlier in the game. Of course, he makes the prostitution ring plot blend into the story, but the orders, simply and in themselves, seemed to me just like that (and, I guess, the proof is they stop happening; only the prostitution ring element remains). Of course, I know it's not gonna happen... But a man can dream, right?

i wish dpc would have use the restaurant instead of Madam. i mean, probably it would be only Cammy content for now, since he ranked up Rio to a love interestet and Sarah + Mel were available at events. but man... Cammy is much better than Madam.



just to join with late in the booty call conversation, my idea is it would have another function. if you call always or mostly the same girl, than that can have effect on the girl or on mc or on both. but it would be more branching. what i like, but probably others not.

Bro, who the heck cares how long does it takes for DPC to make new chapter? A year, 2 or 3.. as long as he delivers quality content DPC can take as much time as he wants. It's not like we pay him every month (well, not here at least).

People here have a life to live, it's not like our lives revolves around BaDIK. Or maybe you have some fatal disease and want to know how the story ends before your time comes? Or do you have a severe form of 'BaDIK addiction' and need another dose?

Some devs get shit for taking 4 months? Because they delivered one scene and it didn't include penetration. Some devs take three years to complete a game that has less content than one BADIK episode. The guy takes long but what he delivers is BIG.

You focused on one stat. The time between updates. You ignored how big the updates are, thus implying all updates from all devs are equal. This is called stat cropping. People who base an argument on it are NEVER right.

Stat cropping is indeed what it was. You are correct. Incorrect however, is the assertion that doing that makes you automatically wrong. As it relates to the point of my post, which apparently wasn't made well I admit, the division among people here and those who are okay or not with all the scenarios you mentioned, vary wildly when it comes to this game. What is good for the goose is not always good for the gander when it comes to DPK and this game compared to similar projects. You are right, the quality is much better here along with the content quantity, but again, my point was the number of people who will defend on here at all costs but turn and poopie on the same scenario in other games.
I like this game and his content just fine. It is well above average IMHO. And I have plenty to do irl until this or any other game updates. That was not my point.
Enjoy whatever you are doing lately though. That's what is important.
