If Riona does die, then all the party episodes after that don't make sense.
Imagine, for example, that at the end of ep11 Riona dies in the hospital.
But DPС said that the party planning game will be in the final 4 episodes. Does the player continue to plan the party knowing that Riona is dead?

I think it's so that Riona tells Vinny about the drugs. Quinn sells to Lily and Lily to the Pink Rose Girls. Vinny will let Riona go, but Riona won't go back to college and the reason is Quinn. Riona betrayed Quinn.

Tommy is interesting because something is wrong in the balcony picture from the intro. These pictures are for season 3 and I don't think we'll be in spring at the end of EP12 because winter has just started. But the picture shows Rusty, Tommy and the MC on the balcony of the DIK Mansion. It can't be that cold yet because the MC in the picture doesn't have his jacket on.

My thoughts on this are so that Tommy, under the influence of the mushrooms, tries out the wheelchair on the roof and falls. Tommy warns the MC about this in EP4 just before the MC can smoke weed and in EP10 Nick told Tommy that the mushrooms will finish him off.

I really think so that no one will die, but that doesn't rule out some drama.

Quinn has been keeping information from Rio, Rio is still her dealer and Lily is a customer, if Quinn is in the process of changing that can be debated, however Rio still fulfills the capacity of hooker and dealer for Quinn as of the ending in episode 10. Quinn is also an enemy of Vinny and as such would not ask for his help in any case, as doing so would put Quinn at a disadvantage in having to give Vinny what he wants in return.

Have you played the Quinn path on the other's route? It doesn't seem as though you have.

I have played the others route with lots of Quinn scenes. The story stays mostly the same with Rio questioning why she always gets dismissed and Quinn confiding in Lily. Rio starting to think about relationships. Rio fighting with Quinn over the smoking for free accusations. And Lily there taking Quinn's back. Quinn discussing with Tommy if she can trust Lily. It all points to Lily becoming Quinn's new right hand no matter what path you take. And don't forget, Quinn is all about that chess strategy. Having your next move planned ahead of time. She can be in cohoots with Vinny, just to screw him over in the future.

Most likely to get proof that Quinn is breaking the deal. The funny thing is that she isn't technically breaking it. Lily is a student now, and can buy from Quinn instead of Vinny.
