Quinn doesn't confide in Lily, Lily purchases drugs from Quinn, Quinn does not trust Lily. Nothing points towards Lily becoming Quinn's dealer or that she will become more involved with Quinn's operation. In the game it is show that when Quinn was a child her father told her to trust no one, which is why she constantly tries to keep everyone else from getting a full picture of her activities, and which is why she treats Riona as she does. She treats MC in a similar manner.

Quinn and Vinny are shown to be antagonistic towards each other, and since Quinn is breaking her agreement with Vinny and selling drugs to Lily and the strippers who were previously buying from Vinny they're actually in direct competition. And by all likelihood it was Vinny who had some guy go steal Quinn's money in an attempt to get her out of the way so that he could expand into the college market unopposed. Did you pay no attention while you were playing?

In the game you have Vinny talking to Buddy undermining his trust in Quinn, which he does when he asks how much Buddy trusts Quinn, and then asks why Buddy had Mick following Riona (in the blue van), and then Vinny and Mick kidnap Riona. By all likelihood the agreement to divide the market whereby the strippers were part of Vinny's share and the college was Quinn's share, was imposed by Buddy who is the supplier to both of them (it makes sense that you don't want your subordinates fighting each other over the same customers). Therefore the kidnapping of Riona is to extract information from her because Vinny wants to prove to Buddy that Quinn has broken the agreed upon partition of the market, and as such have Quinn removed as competition and expand his own share of the market.

It is even pointed out by Buddy to Quinn that Vinny is making more profits than Quinn and that if Quinn "knew how he operates" she wouldn't have money problems.
Okay. Maybe not confide in Lily, but everything is absolutely pointing to Lily being the go to person for Quinn and replacing Rio as her new pawn. The only thing is, Lily is a little too smart for that so it's gonna take a lot more. But it became obviously in Ep 9 that Rio is being left out. See her conversation with Camila after seeing Quinn and Lily together and all other interactions with Quinn following that moment. And as for Lily, she bailed Quinn out at the party. She ensured her she has her back. Quinn asked Tommy about trusting Lily. And then Quinn and Lily were pretty much inseparable at the BBQ. Everything is pointing in that direction. How you don't see it means I probably pay more attention than you do.

As for Buddy. If there's any realism to this and DPC is trying to give that feel to the story, then Buddy only cares where his money is coming from. He doesn't care if Vinny and Quinn have an equal share of the market. If Quinn is pushing more product, Buddy will be happier. So any dialogue with Buddy and anyone, only has one goal in mind. Where's his money coming from? So you can't read too much into what he said to Vinny. He doesn't care. He cares about his money. It's Vinny's problem that he's not carrying his own weight. So I doubt Buddy had anything to do with Rio's kidnapping. And if DPC runs with that in the story, he clearly has no clue either.

That, or something happening to MC's dad at work. Remember this at the very beginning of the game when MC narrated this? (Emphasis mine)
I will fucking cut a bitch if anything happens to Neil.

He's a single dad doing his best raising a kid.

I dont need real life creeping into this story all that much.

Real life is full of these BS where single parents are downtrodden and suffer one blow after another as society watches and tut tuts because "only real christian heterosexual couples count as family, yo!"

Fuck that.

Quinn asks Tommy about trusting Lily since Lily came into knowledge about the prostitution ring, and while yes it is fully possible that Lily might become Quinn's partner in the future, such remains to be seen, and Quinn is still not including Lily in her business by episode 10, if Quinn does so in the future, we'll see. Lily herself said that it must be frustrating for Quinn not having anything on her, but Lily being aware of the prostitution ring and drug dealing means that she does have something on Quinn, it would be a good idea for Quinn to try and find leverage on Lily.

And for realism in drug dealing, Buddy being a supplier doesn't want his subordinates wasting their time fighting each other, as they're supposed to be bringing him money, not competing with each other for the same clients. When did I ever even mention an "equal share" of any market? The market is divided between his dealers, how equal it is, is irrelevant. Buddy has his dealers divided into particular market shares so that they don't compete with each other, the size of said market share is not elaborated on, besides noting that they exist. Seems like a fairly basic concept. Like just basic simple organization. Do I really have to explain this shit? They literally talk about who's territory they're on when they're talking at the party, and Lily and the other strippers were on Vinny's turf, B&R is Quinn's turf, it's literally stated in the game.

And it's not a question that Buddy is involved with Rio's kidnapping, you literally see Mick (who is Buddy's muscle) helping Vinny kidnap her, they use Mick's blue van that Mick was using to stalk Rio.

Most likely to get proof that Quinn is breaking the deal. The funny thing is that she isn't technically breaking it. Lily is a student now, and can buy from Quinn instead of Vinny.
Thanks for the reminder, I forgot to mention than on my reply about Lily buying to Quinn.

Is there more to do with Becky other than the blowjob or is that it. I'm on like my 10th play, trying all paths and so far, it was just the BJ at the HOTs party?
Give her an Absinthe and Cola. It's a kinda niche kink, but you might like it. Not my bag, but you do you.

I don’t think Rio will be killed but if she does, it would be interesting if this was dependent on the players previous choices (like if you try to punch Vinny and don’t help Rio find her stalker and such).
Other than that, not sure if anyone made the joke about Rio’s cat costume being because she is Schrodinger’s car and she is both dead and alive until we open the box.

I am 75/25 that rio is dead, and for people saying why the characters partying with Rio missing is that no one knows what happened to her. Remember she wasn't really close to anyone aside from Quinn and Camilla.

Now who can it be? If its Vinny, possibility of her dying is high cause he can kill to send a message.

Another possibility is Stephen (Remember his family is considered rich so he might have hired thugs), remember when Maya brought up the situation and she was in the HOTS, he immediately furrowed his eyebrows and deleted the application.
He probably kidnapped Riona to send Quinn a message to stop recruiting from the hots.

TLDR: Characters will not care if Riona went missing aside from Camilla and Quinn.
I don't think she will die but it is a huge possibility that she might remain missing for entire Ep 11.

See i don't purely cause it'll kill her as a LI.

Episode 11 will cover at least a month (after thanksgiving to christmas), being kidnapped for a month will fuck her up royally. Victims who've been kidnapped for a weekend have said it's ruined their life and have PTSD. Fuck, being bundled into the back of a van is enough to fuck someone up.

DPCs problem now, someone is gonna be pissed. It's either gonna be "why did you ruin a perfectly good character" or "What was the point of the cliffhanger if it has no impact"
