Interesting thing I observed in your post and what I had in my playthrough in Bella path. In yours I can see that 3 of them holding hands and looks sort of the acceptance here.

In my playthrough I have a different render (see attached) of the same scene where MC looks confused sort off.

Any theories here?

Not a family connection, but more like childhood friends (maybe even an old lover) of Lynette and/or Neil for example. And why, I don't know. MC says that if he really knew what Bella was feeling, that he would've ran for help instead of kissing her. Also it's clear that Bella wants to kiss MC but can't during ep 3, and to me it felt like she meant MC in particular and not just any guy. Shortly therever we get the ending where we see her looking in the room.

It just adds up way too much.

I'd never played the early chapters before with the game code as my walkthrough guide. I now noticed that early in episode 1, if your DIK status is at least CHICK then Josy kisses the MC after he tells her about being accepted to B&R:

However, without cheating, this scene can never happen. You can only be neutral until the first freeroam later on because that's the first time when the DIK score is updated.

What's your definition of bimbofication? Sure Jill's coming out of her shell with nudges from Bianca/Sage/Bella but only when in small groups of friends. And she's hornier with her boyfriend but I hadn't noticed anything that made me think she would trend towards bimbofication.
