Unless I'm confusing Mel's (or someone else) dialogue with Camila's dialogue I really don't agree with the comparison between her and Sarah. Everytime a relationship each mentioned to Sarah, she flatout says she doesn't want any.
Camila however (just like Riona and again if I'm not confusing her dialogue with someone elses) says at one point in the game that she's not ready for a relationship yet but if she ever was, MC would be high on her list of want-to-be boyfriends.

That is the consensus (we don't know how many other girls went to the Moose), but not yet proven in game. We only know her ingame as Cinderella.

Yoga Girl / Cinderella / Nikita / Cindy.
We actually don't know.
A couple of us started calling her Yoga Girl in Episode 9 and it kind of stuck.
She might be called Nikita due to a Cluck from Derek about a bag left in his room belonging to a girl called Nikita (and she was in that room).
She jokingly said she might be Cinderella in Episode 11.
And I've also been calling her Cindy in a loving romantic way.

Sage and the MC only become friends after the fuck buddies phase (which is optional), alternatively they become a couple after the fuck buddies phase.
Whereas Zoey and the MC start with the best friend phase, then move on to sex.
For Sage, friends who fuck together either evolve into a serious relationship (she's talking about promotion to spouse status), or the relationship ends and there's no going back to best friend.
Im on the Sage path and can't get the MC to say "I Love You" to Sage at the end. What am I missing? im not on another path with another girl so is it something I'm doing wrong or something I need to/not do in the episode?

Winning beer pong doesn't increase it, it's only if you make Camilla strip down that you do.

Yeah but that's not what you were discussing here. You stated Jill wasn't aware of MC doing stuff will Bella. And the surprise Jill had at going to Bella's house.
The only way that'll happen is if you as a player are actively perusing Bella and the only way that'll happen is if she likes you. So the making sure Bella isn't a big fan of you is a moot point in this case.
Now as was discussed yesterday, if you go to dinner with Jill and her friends, you're on the Jill path and theres no way of getting off it unless the MC chooses to. You can't swing back to DIK affinity and get rejected. And the dinner only happens if you choose fight for her, so the MC actively wants her here... So for him to do all this and then hook up with Bella, yeah that's all MC, some off Bella.
If you don't fight for her, you don't go to the dinner and she's not really an option anymore, despite the fact the game has pushed her such. Bella obviously likes her as you're on her path to end up on her dining room table...
So we've got a situation where Jill likes you, has told Bella, Bella likes you so has told her to go for it. Then Bella's fallen for you despite the fact her friend likes you. Again a shitty situation, betrayal maybe? But it's more niavity from Jill here as the MC had already called it quits by not fighting for her.
I use URM (A lot of people dont know what this is)
Or somewhere in this thread people have posted a link to a save file online editor that you can use to search the variables.
Or get Scrappy with it.

I would rather use URM. Do not mess up your saves with scrappy. I am not gonna try and be nasty I had a look at that mod. Wrong information to certain choices etc. He did fix some of it apparently but still
