Im on the Sage path and can't get the MC to say "I Love You" to Sage at the end. What am I missing? im not on another path with another girl so is it something I'm doing wrong or something I need to/not do in the episode?

You either messed with Jade in some sort of fashion.
Dont have enough Sage RP points
Have too many cheater points.

(Things like touching Maya's stocking (Ep 10) and winning beer pong during thanksgiving party count towards cheating points)

Is there any way to check these stats to see where I need to go?

You can avoid dating her altogether after the Tennis date. You have to make sure Bella isn't a big fan of you and then you get a choice between asking Jill to give you a shot or telling her that you wouldn't be good for her.

The game stops pushing a love interest in your face past episode 4 imo. Like, by Episode 5 you have complete and full agency of whom you want to date based on your choices in the season finale previously.

Yeah but that's not what you were discussing here. You stated Jill wasn't aware of MC doing stuff will Bella. And the surprise Jill had at going to Bella's house.

The only way that'll happen is if you as a player are actively perusing Bella and the only way that'll happen is if she likes you. So the making sure Bella isn't a big fan of you is a moot point in this case.

Now as was discussed yesterday, if you go to dinner with Jill and her friends, you're on the Jill path and theres no way of getting off it unless the MC chooses to. You can't swing back to DIK affinity and get rejected. And the dinner only happens if you choose fight for her, so the MC actively wants her here... So for him to do all this and then hook up with Bella, yeah that's all MC, some off Bella.

If you don't fight for her, you don't go to the dinner and she's not really an option anymore, despite the fact the game has pushed her such. Bella obviously likes her as you're on her path to end up on her dining room table...

So we've got a situation where Jill likes you, has told Bella, Bella likes you so has told her to go for it. Then Bella's fallen for you despite the fact her friend likes you. Again a shitty situation, betrayal maybe? But it's more niavity from Jill here as the MC had already called it quits by not fighting for her.

I use URM (A lot of people dont know what this is)
Or somewhere in this thread people have posted a link to a save file online editor that you can use to search the variables.

Or get Scrappy with it.
I would rather use URM. Do not mess up your saves with scrappy. I am not gonna try and be nasty I had a look at that mod. Wrong information to certain choices etc. He did fix some of it apparently but still

Poor Jillybean, for some reason she just attracts shitty asshole friends. Bella, Bianca, Tremolo, Tybalt, Rusty.

About time she got a friend as good as Sage. She deserves one.

Hey this route is route isnt so bad for her (If you manage to kiss her during the "talk"). At least DPC is foreshadowing something may happen between MC,Bella,Jill.

I agree, but it can be the easiest way to just check the variables real fast for someone not comfortable with URM.

And then we cheat on both of them and go for Bianca. Win in my book

Well the ultimate "Betray Jill Route" seems to be coming into focus. String her along as long as possible, drop her instantly for her good friend Bella, Jill 0, friends 1. Go as far as you can with Bella then drop her for Jill's other good friend Bianca Jill 0 Friends 2

You do remember that Sage said (if you were on her route) that if Tremolo became single again, he should hook up with her? Would be a pretty shitty move of her if she still did that after Jill broke up with him and he followed up on that :devilish:

Makes sense tbf. While Sage doesn't have as big of a crush on MC like Josy does, it's pretty clear that Sage still thinks fondly of him given how much he's grown since he started off as a Freshman a week or so before Hell Week. I'm not surprised that she's shooting her shot here lol.
