I would argue that Lily has way more of a route than Cammy and Rio and arguably even quinn

Lets be honest, Quinn has effectively been an unofficial main girl since the beginning. We all know that. But arguing Lilly is "more" of a main girl is semantics (and also recency bias because Quinn didnt get a scene at all in this update). Lilly quite obviously has a route now, though. No way DPC gives her all that character development and just tosses it away. She's also connected to the Vinny subplot as well

And honestly, it kinda scare me for the future. Way too many possible routes will just mean that we need to get used to big update, but with little content from each. Making new updates with meaningful scene with the 5 MG + Quinn-Rio-Lilly-Cam-Melanie-etc + it's seems that MJ will become 2 individuals route... It will become impossible.

Not to mention Zoey. We're getting GTA 7 before this game is finished

Sure, but until this update, it was always up in the air if it was an actual route OR just a couple of scene until she break it off, since she made it clear she didn't want more. Now, it look like there's way more to this route.

Last update made it pretty clear that mc and lily weren't just rolling. Hell they even snuck in some sneaky character development

I agree. Apart from the main girls, Lily and Quinn are the only ones with defined paths (and Zoey now too). Too many people got hung up on the word 'Rolling' and refused to see it as a relationship, which it has been since Episode 9.

Anyone not seeing it was a relationship path is not paying attention. Using comments like 'don't fall in love with me' to say its not. Maya said the same thing.

Nicole, Jade, Nora, Rio had the beginnings of a path, we will have to wait and see if the develop (I expect they will).

And DPC has now added hints of potential paths for Cammy, Mel & Sarah (and to a lesser extent Tara & Tiff).

Didn't Sage was same at start, you even lost a Sage RP point with her at the start if you're wanting for more. Now Sage Jr did the same. No wonder She irks Sage so much. Both are so similar.
